I was having problems with accessing paid content despite being full subscription. My issue has partly been resolved after following provided instructions. However it hasn't worked on my other phone yet. I also dont know how the refund for double subscription will be made. Contect itself is good once my child has access to it

It was fine to use and the activities were great for those in between times. However since the last update I haven't been able to access about the 20% of the screen. Some options amd activities became unusable hence I am unsubscribing now.

I was a really happy costumer the last 2 years. I renewed my subscription for the 3rd year and unfortunately whenever I download the games, songs, books, after a few hours they disappear.... App was working fine. Lately my child cant access the paid content dispite me being charged €3.99 and €6.99 every month for 1 child. First charge was the original charge. Then when my child couldnt access paid content I thought i had to re-subscribe again for a new fee of €6.99. But they kept collecting both fees monthly. Strangely my child still cant access the paid content which i am paying for (On the double) I have emailed to the supplied email address but i haven't recieved a reply yet. So i have cancelled 1 subcription. If issue is not resolved before next renewal date then i will cancel the remaining subscription.

I was recently charged a double subscription and I have been a customer for almost a year now. I cannot access full content even though I have paid monthly for full access since April of 2018. HELP!!

We bought the full version. The games are easy and fun for my 2year old. He loves all the songs too. I wish there was a way to set the puzzles to a setting that the child doesn't have access to.

Ive been charged for the full amount after the seven day trial and now when i go to the app it tells me i can start a 7 day trial . Im already paid up for a yr, which i should have just cancelled after my free trial was over. How can we solve the problem im dealing with as far as this app. If im paid up up for a yr already, everything should be available and unlocked? Im wrong about about the subscription

I am only on the 7 day free trial but I can not access any videos. I can download all of them but then it gives an error message saying," We are sorry can not load this content at this time please try again later" I have uninstalled and installed 3 times. Has anyone else had this issue?

I paid ,$19.99 for a year's subscription and it cleared my bank I am now being told my 7 day trial and I have to pay another $19.99 because everything is locked. Error fixed. Changing to a 5

It is not even worth it I try to connect to my other devices under my same email it will not load the first time it let me and then on my other grandkids devices it will not so it's not worth it to me and then every single thing I click on I have to subscribe to it too I'm not going to spend $30 a month for one app useless to me

I was billed $20 for this app and it still is only giving me limited access. There is no way to contact the company on the app. I want my money back. This is a scam do not pay for this app!
