This app was working fine and then suddenly it stopped working. It can find my location but can not find any stores. I get a pop up message saying city not found. I tried everything from uninstalling to installing back again and restarting my phone and still wasn't able to get the app working.
App doesn't work. I tried to put in my city/ zip code said city not found. Couldn't do anything unless you can get your location of the store you want to go to. I even tried restarting my phone to see if that was the issue. So bummed it it didn't work.
Vouchers aren't used anymore the California WIC is all on a card & app now. However the Mother's app needs a voucher number to start anything. Is there supposed to be an update? Please fix or direct me to a customer service. Before WIC started using cards this app did save time being able to place to place order for pick up was great.
This app used to be wonderful and very useful but now that everyone has a wic card instead of a voucher it's a problem because I can't order ahead and pick it up like I used to before it's very disappointing that this issue can be fixed
If only they still offered online ordering through the app, I would spend a few minutes less in the actual store. But before the covid19, this app saved time. It worked great.
With WIC going paperless the app should have been updated to accept the card information. Instead it continues to ask for a voucher number, making the app orders useless. I have no other use for this app. Needs to be fixed!!
Apparently my location doesn't exist no matter what city and zip I type in. Location is on and the app has permission to use it so I know it's not user error. This app sucks. Uninstalled.
This app was great and convenient to order ahead of time, but now that my WIC is no longer on checks but on card, I can not order ahead. This app is useless now.
Frustrating, How Can you order with out a Voucher number? Everything is on card now. Ugh this app is so useless now. An update needs to be made soon.
Is there not gonna be an update with the new card system? Cause I loved using this app and now it doesn't work cause we don't have vouchers anymore.
This App works great! I have never experienced any issues with it.

I typed in the code for the voucher's and the order went through. I selected a date and time but when i got to the Mother's store i still have to wait until they prepare my order. I thought the whole point was to eliminate waiting time.
This app is point less when doing online orders once you get to mothers you still have to get a number and wait then its point less for setting up a pick up time. This happen to me at mothers in paramount ca with Maribel

If u have babies then this app is a must. Being able to go on the app enter my wic coupons and have everything waiting when u arrive is priceless! The staff are always very sweet and even help you out to your car with all your groceries.

I really like this app when I used it for the first time I made my order on this app when I got to the store everything was ready before my pick up time and they are friendly
Will not open at all it says it stopped working. I've installed and Unstalled it several occasions .
I reinstalled it 3 times and it still doesn't want to open.
Downloaded the app and it will not open. It keeps saying It stopped working. It will not open at all. I've uninstalled and installed numerous times on several different types of android phones.
Great app. Does what it says and makes shopping at mnc super fast and easy.
There MUST be a bug issue with the app cause I'm going on day 2 trying to place an order and I cant even get any locations. No matter what city I type in it says "not found". I too, have tried to reset my phone but it wasn't the issue. So please fix cause I loved how convenient it was. Thanks.
