This app does not provide any information about my account like demat account no. name of my depository participant, linked bank account, name of the nominee etc. I request you to incorporate a tab mentioning all account profile details.
Poor. It seems that portfolio never gets updated . One has to invest more time to ensure portfolio is updated and to identify than to select stocks. DSP has way better and responsive platform.
After updating the app does show all the different investments made. MF investments link says no information whereas we are holding both PMS and multiple MF portfolios. Not a great app now and information is defective and lacking
Not so User friendly. Being new to Motilal Oswal, I find it very difficult compared to Other AMC's App. There is no option to check the status of SIP registered. Have a long a way to go as far as App is concerned.
It needs a serious transformation. Very slow app and no updated data is provided
This app is having good quality and plateform which anyone can use it. i app is userfriendly. It has various dimensions .
The app allows us to open account online but dont allows to modify nominee detail online..... RIDICULOUS

After update.. when I click on view veiw investment summary... It shows no portfolio to show......
Cannot make additional investments or redeem. Does not show my Bank account number. Send several reminders, but problem not resolved

No order book visible. No. of units in portfolio summary are not shown.We have to download report for that.
Not able to view the transactions history. Being showing thia error for quite some time now. It just keeps showing as server error. Request you to get this issue sorted and release an updated version of the app to fix these issues.
The app requires you to set pin every time you login. The process of login has start every time you launch it and does not recognize pin . Also there is no option to see the transaction summary. I placed buy request but can not see any transaction details anywhere in the app. I have not even received any confirmation email or any message as such to confirm transaction. Not at par with the apps of competitors mf app.
The data are in consistent in your app. Not at all trustworthy. Reported NAV and UNITS were correct. However, final figures were not matching. Not happy with this app at all. All referrals are requested to invest in other funding house than Motilal Oswal.
App have so many issues. User interface is below okay , can't check active sips status, why biller if otbm is already registered in folio, no recent transactions check, pop up advertisement which annoys sometimes. It's a feedback so you can improve app experience
Money transferred, purchase order given in early morning are not allotted on same day. Money is used by you for personal purpose.
Not very user friendly... You have to search around a lot get all information.
The app does its job It would be helpful if a comparison with sensex along with the valuation.

Just ok. Nothing great about it. Not informative. The information of the current status of our investment is shown on next day. There is no information about the reasons of upward or downward movements. No teachings or new learning. Instead of an app, why don't they send the latest position through a message. Even the FUND MANAGERS DO NOT KNOW THEIR WORK. SIMPLY "ZERO" MARKS to FUND MANAGERS
Good start but needs improvement . The interface of SIP n NAV is slow.. doesn't get updated on time.. not real-time. Update 13/12/18 - The app needs to give what is the NAV of the scheme and NAV of your holdings, the number of units u hold, the top 10 holding is not relevant. 27/12/18 I was looking for the Tax saver statement but i got statement for all.. cant you give me option for scheme wise statement download for the specific rather than giving the dump.

Redumption and isip cancel are show old schem not existing schem it's bug remuve this
Not user friendly , take too much time to laod and not well defined and made in menu section. Good graphical representation but lacks the critical information such as folio no. Etc.

Everytime when I try to add some funds, it loads bank page very slowly. It works only when I do it twice or thrice. From last 10 months I have experienced this. Pls check if this can be fixed.
