Very good app. Working by using this app is like smooth sailing. Data updated and displayed instantly . It also guides us in investing in good shares. App developed by thorough professionals. I like this very useful app. It has been designed such a way , nothing is left uncovered. It is extremely user friendly, the data updated instantly without any glitch. What else one needs ? I am very satisfied with it's working. I am ready to award few more stars, if it allows.
There should be a option. Or show the total balance on front screen. 2nd thing when I saw the trade report and margin option or all reports its looking complicated. It can be easier try to simplify it. Rest is looking good
Worst app ever . Bad user interface very complicated ones , and even customer support is waste they don't even respond properly. And i also requested to close my account but they are not closing my account also and they have my data according to law the user has the rights to take back the data but these people are not doing that and if anything happens in future this app is responsible for it .
Overall good. Need user experience upgrade because it is MOT easy to check graph view of holdings. There should a button to go to graph-view which I couldn't find any.
It has been a relatively easy to use app. It is better than the desktop/browser version definitely. Trading has been easy to say the least.
There is lot of issues in the login.It is throwing Invalid client code /password each time when we try to login . It works only when we reinstall the app again and only for 24hours again the same error is displayed in both investor and trader app . Please give us some solution!
BE CAREFUL...THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I have deposited 5k initially and after a week I wanted to withdraw them. But to my surprise it showing "ApprovarR1" in the dashboard and still haven't received my Money. They also keep calling unnecessary and will spam you. TO ALL NEW INVESTORS...PLS STAY AWAY FROM THIS HIDEOUS APP. will file complaint in consumer court! Edit: I received my money. It seems there was delay cuz of weekend. Anyhow it will still take time to grow trust in this app!
I do experience, the app not open.displays, can serve better, once internet connected. but other apps work, with the net. 2) further, a scrip, I bought, not shown in my holding in the app. I have given a complaint, sorry request. unable to c whe. the scrip is shown in the app, due to problem stated above. I think, management has no channel to kno investor grievance. I request, they should have a connect with investors. on 27.5.2022. No feed back on my request looked into.

I don't how this app got 4 star, it doesn't even deserve one.. I am trying to create my ID from last few days but after creating when I try to login it doesn't allow me n says invalid client code.. Pathetic application..
Unnecessary popups. And above all, unlike any free app, i wouldn't expect to see ads here. But it still flashes ads time and again.
Lowest quality trading apps . Do not use this application. Very very bad experience. Due to this application I lost some amount of money. Poor service also. I request to owner of MO to improve this application otherwise close this application.
I really got frustrated due to password policy of this app, it's really frustrating and non-helping, I tried to reset password but none of new password worked, at last when I really able to set the unique new password the app responded me that too many retry attempts, please try after sometime kind of message. Please fix the password policy so that user is not bounded to save only 8 chars of password. App behaviour is non satisfactory.
IAP notifications are pretty much pathetic. No way to see it unless I click on Menu (top left) > IAP, then see if there are any notications. No Android notifications to land on to IAP. Timely communication is important in the stock market. Such an outdated product. MO, If you cant help an investor, why do you have separate app for Investors? Disappointed with their product engineering and worry that I've to stay for 6 months. Worst part is, they have ads in welcome screen but not IAP buy/sell.
Hi, I used MO app its good and better for trading purpose and less brokerage but I am not happy with chart view this is not work properly. Please update and provide best chart view. My experience was very bad with MO chart view.
Generally we make Sector wise watch list but in the MO app we can add only 5 watch lists..Watch list shall not have limit...In Geojit app you can add any number of watch list as you want...Request you to kindly make provision in the app.
App is really confusing and not at all easy to use. They should take points from competitors like Zerodha. It's an awful app. Edit: Even after putting a review like this, they are just asking me to mail them. I have told them what I expect from app and here they are once again doing timepass. How about add GTT orders, make it cluter free with useless information. Install Zerodha and see how their application is and take some pointers, you don't have to copy it but atleast make it easy to use.
Most third class app in the world. Totally shows erroneous data of Margin. It seems MOFSL intentionally gives such data so that they can demand extra margin from you. Because of this I suffered loss of lacs of Rupees. Never trust MOFSL. App even does not allow to sell directly from stop loss. It wastes lot of time first cancelling stop loss than again put square off order. Between this lot of time waste and you lose the price and come to heavy lose. Most third class app and their service.
Horrible App. Earlier Hangs many times. Now Index rates do not refresh. Have to go in the Index and then keep on pulling down for refreshs while Baja Finance and Pro Stocks AUTO REFRESH REALTIME. Deserves -ve rating..
PLEASE DO THE NEED FULL. In the Search list ...........We should be able to move the scripts up and down by draging/ holding the script. IN THE INVESTOR APP....When we are in the BUY/SELL.....option page.......we should be able to see SENSEX ON THE TOP........LIKE IN THE TRADER APP.
Not user friendly. Only selling they are good. But after sales no support. Poor sakes team they roam and help customers . No support. Worst suggetion to lose ur money. Then u can go with motilal Oswal.
When being NRI, some option u r not eligibile for. Still this app keep giving u those options. Also there is no way where u can remove those notification
It's a very very third grade and I myself was purely chited, by your staff who opened my a/c..even after last 20 phone call your staff is not attaining call. Very last grade experience with M. O. And if you wants to save please contect me I will explain everything. But I think you want feedback That's beauty of service let us see how you behaves.
Balance is there and each and every time when initiate trade, red flag with contact to CSE, and when contacted CSE, they also don't know how to solve the problem, and they email the query@motilaloswal. Com and they assure they will revert back once the problem shorted out. But they never call back you.
Very bad experience with account opening. couldn't open an account says there is mismatch with my pancard sign and paper sign.when i resumed the application it keeps saying a error occurred try again and again.i just wasted a lot of time then I uninstalled and installed upstox stucked nowhere everything was smooth.
I like this app because I am gaining profits after I choose Motilal Oswal.... Pros and cons are different things I dont knows much about all of them but should right few Pros. 1. User friendly interface. 2. Profit/loss you can see easily with earning days. Cons 1. Charts display/study is not so interactive 2. F&O charges are so high.
Overall good. But nowadays, the number of ad-popups has increased significantly while switching to HOME and PORTFOLIO tabs. Too annoying to use the app nowadays due to these too-frequent ad popups! Please address this issue.
