The app is fine but manually connecting to the watch fails most of the time. There is so much room for app development to get more features out of the watch's hardware. Sadly, It took a year just to add world timer feature.
Sync with watch is slow and often 2 or 3 attempts are required. As others have said integration with S-health or Google fit would be good.
Very slow and not regular in BT sync. Most of the times the button on the watch needs to be pressed 2 or 3 times. Would be useful to have the option for automatic (daily) sync. Ideally the app should be able to export and import data from other app (google fit???).
Not bad, issues connecting and synching. Google fit integration please.
Garbage. Problems connecting. Problems with correct time. Just a pain to use.
The app is dependable as it syncs and keeps the watch in the correct time zone.
It started off working well, now it won't sync at all. I would love to use and enjoy this watch, but all the function I bought it for, don't work? Please help! It won't sync.

The app is great! However, there should be an option to enable a preset power nap directly from the watch (like double-tapping the crown during sleep mode for example).

Every time I unpair the watch the app does not connect.. Uninstalled app reinstalled then connecting.. Change n tried in different brands mobiles

Considering to purchase a watch, is it synched with Google fit?
Very disappointed with the Android app not synching BT have to keep trying. I have seen the ios app works much better. Unfortunately for me I have the Google pixel and an expensive Alpina watch that I cannot fully use. Cannot understand about this company so much hype.
