the UX needs serious help. Signing in with a fingerprint would be great because when you push submit you never know if it is actually working or not and have to push the button a few times. The load times are garbage pulling in the data and the overall experience feels like they hired a kid in highschool to create this app.
You'll never get an app this comprehensive with other health plans. MotivHealth provides a price transparency tool, which lets you find the best care for the best price, and it's accessible on the app. You can also log steps to earn HSA funds, right on the app. Plus, it gives you access to your digital ID card, so you don't have to carry another card in your wallet.
The facilities that come up when searching on the app are completely different than on the website and the website is correct. Very confusing when you're scrambling to find urgent care.
"Data could not load" should be the name of this app. Super glitchy, hardly ever works. But I have to use it to log in my steps because they don't have the option to do it for the spouse on website.
"Cannot Load Data" this is 90% of what the app does. 9% is "Cannot Update Data" The other 1% it actually works. 5he website is only mildly better, working maybe 5% of the time. It's a joke. Get it together!
I wish I could do 0 stars. If I didn't have to use it..... I would uninstall immediately. Slow, doesn't load most of the time. Not worth even being free.
So is this thing just completely busted? I mean it just shuts down immediately everytime i try to create an account, and everyone else seems to be having the same experience. Does this app work for anyone? Im supposed to use this app to set up my fit but and to access how much is in my HSA but guess i just cant do that
Doesn't work. I have an account and it won't let me login. If you tap on forgot password or forgot username the app crashes
Hate the app and the site. In the months I've had it, ive never been able to get on

Keeps kicking me out of app, or does not even log me in and stays in the user name and password section

Pretty awful. It's been awful for the year plus I've had it. Things don't load. EXTREMELY LAGGY. Difficult to really do anything in it. Steps calendar on last day of month skips to next month and won't let you go back to a previous month so make sure to update steps before you take them.
