App keeps stopping and won't launch. Didn't sync heart rate info to Google Fit last workout I did. App has not been updated in almost two years. It will not launch on my Moto Z4 running Android 10.
I kept on getting the "Moto Body has stopped working" error message. That error message would pop up and stop any video being watched at the time including video streaming services.
Won't install on Moto 360 3Gen. Installed on phone, shows up in Play Store list as available to install on phone. When try to install just says installing and eventually times out. Tried multiple times, same result. Internet connection is fine, so not the issue.
This app was great for my 2nd Generation moto 360 Watch. Unfortunately the app doesn't exists on the 3rd generation moto360 (2020) watch. You guys did a great work on the 3rd generation hardware but how the hell did you forget to include this essential app! I'm really disappointed.
Does not show heart rate through the day. Also does not show steps beyond a day, no intra day or hourly. Flacky syncing with Google fit. Absolute junk software.
its an awsome app helps people to loose weight easily and is cool i loved the app so much and i wish other motorola users also know about this app . there should be an advertisement of this app in youtube and television it should be known world wide so that other people who wanna loose weight can loose it easily. this is one of my favourite apps ever used in my life . My Moto 360 1st Gen is no longer shown in the heart and steps activity. I was quite happy with my old Moto watch but this is really sad. I hope it gets fixed, and not just visible for the new watches.
one of worst update ever pie 9.0 rolled out by motorola...plz Don't install thia update..who know when they will release fix patch...i am not able to do my day to day activities after this update. i mean u gyus are.... software part u r lacking even after this no Motorola phone is able to capture bokhe mode photgraphs or portraits u can say... there was a time when i had moto x2nd gen...one of best phone that i ever seen from moto...the idea of moto makes customisation..is unbelievable.
App suddenly decides it no longer wants to pair the runs with my 360 watch. Nothing I've tried has worked.
So basically it doesn't work unless connected to an expensive watch or a data mining company. Can't be used on stand alone device. Don't waste your time.
It's not sending Calary data to Google Fit despite data sharing for Google Fit is On. However steps details are sent. [Update] Now it reset Calories on Google Fit to zero. My heard earned Calories lost.
App says it's been removed and insists that you install Google Fit instead. Understandable considering that Motorola chose to use all Google Proprietary apps on this phone rather than the Android open source apps.
The only data displayed is calories burnt. For heart activity and number of steps, it always shows zero.
after last update while i play music or tv or YouTube Output volume is horribly decrease.. Is Android related issue or some thing else? because in moto Community i had read same problem is faced by others.. reply plz ..
downloaded the app and because at work i need to pace and check on personal.... after 10 min i looked at the phone and it said 0 steps... i am just using a force z phone ... so no clue
I have Motorola one power...in this phone it doesn't work properly...error message.....app not responding.... close app

This app is not opening in my Moto one power. It crashes as soon as I open.
Worked great 4 some months but doesnt do anything in regards to steps nd heart rate.Poor app.
How can I set up to start counting how much water I drink in a day? I thought it had this feature but I don't see it or don't know how to set it up

Steps from Moto 360 gen 1 no longer upload to Moto body on phone. Have tried everything. Those watches are worn on Sunday and special occasions only. Pre covid worked. Just discovered this issue recently. Have new phone and have all coupe dozen watches onboarded now and all sport 1.5 and 2.x watches are reporting but not the Moto gen 1s. Steps showing on watches bit no stats on phone coming through. I've had the opposite, steps not showing on watch but never this.
