Some games may not enable all functions to work with the Moto Gamepad controller (e.g. menu navigation), and may require the use of the touch screen to execute that function. In addition, some games require user to manually enable gamepad control in settings. Motorola and MEDION are not responsible for third party games or their compatibility with the Moto Gamepad.

Bad, just bad! No updates in a long time. Some compatible games don't show up(ex. Sky:children of the light) but in general, how motorola made this mod is the worst they did! This is one of the reasons Z series failed. Projector impressed me, sound boost 2 wow, 360 camera is ok, but this app could have been a lot better and it would have booked in the gaming phones category.
Cool app. Lots of dumb reviews on here. the gamepad works great and this app is good for finding games that have controller support. Anyone who gives bad review because their gamepad doesn't work with a specific game is dumb. The game you play must support gamepad. Its not the hardware's fault if the software ( game ) does not recognize gamepad. The moto gamepad is great and works good. This app helps you find games that support gamepads.
While having many compatible games, it does not support all games. I was hoping it would work with COD mobile, so I didn't have to lug around my Xbox controller. It has both a usb c and headphone jack, which is a huge plus.
Not a bad app. But I'll have to give it a low star rating due to the terribly short list of options to play with. My best opinion on how you can fix that is create a request list for games. The more requests for one game the more likely you can select which gets implemented
This app gives you a convenient list of all the games compatible with the gamepad. As a matter of fact, the games support most controllers and are only made compatible by the game developers themselves. So anyone obnoxiously crying for moto to " Add PUBG" has to take it up with the developers of pubg. The reason there is no pubg is because they don't want people using controllers. Simple as that. There is. nothing wrong with Moto or this app, it does what it needs to do.
It's a great controller that you can use with a tiny handful of popular games. The only game i play that uses the gamepad is World of Tanks...and i do own Minecraft which is also supported. Game developers have all abandoned this moto mod, and its an $80 paper weight.
Buying the moto gamepad is most definitely not worth the money because of how it canno support alot of games nor does it let you modify the pad to let you do so, it can all be fixed though, perhaps if they put a suggestion box for games to be supported such as Call of Duty Mobile, PUBG, Fortnite, etc...
too many people complain about pubg support when its pubg that doesn't officially support controllers. this mod is a good list of mods that support controllers, which helps address Google's lack of a "controller support" list, as far as i can see
It plays fluently, just wished it played along with the first person shooter games. Such as CoD, and PubG. From the looks of it they can add in GTA San Andreas on mobile devices as well.
Can we add Call of Duty to the list? The most popular shooter and is not included what a shame. Also Free fire and Fornite are very popular games and are not supported, come on Motorola I know that you can do it you juste need the right incentive
For all the idiots giving this app one star because they bought the Motorola gamepad to play PUBG and the game doesn't support the gamepad, you do realize that you could've, you know, downloaded this very app to check if it's supported... The fact of the matter is that PUBG and many other popular games simply don't support controllers. They often provide an unfair advantage, so this makes sense, and Motorola can't force them to support the gamepad. Besides, this app isn't even made by Motorola!
needs to be updated with more games that have controller support. but giving this a full 5, Moto has nothing to do with pubg lacking controller support.
It's not Moto's fault PUBG doesn't support controllers, but it is their fault they didn't make "touchscreen to button mapping" software like everyone else is doing.
Started playing pubg mobile and really enjoyed it. Bought the game pad to better enjoy the game. Stupid gamepad does not work with pubg. Very deceptive marketing. Will be returning the mod and ditching Motorola asap! Poor performance and none of your mods work as advertised....
Never used gamepad because can't customize the buttons. I think maybe the dev was underpaid? Else it is a lack of interest.
Was going to order the gamepad, but I checked the game list and rules for survival is supported and not pubg. I won't order this mod until I see pubg on the list. Just think about how many millions of people are thinking the same way. Not fiscally responsible on Motorola's end.
Needs a way to remap buttons / sticks on games. Makes game pad nearly worthless.
The app needs to be updated because the only game that I've played is grand theft auto san andreas which isnt even on the list.
really? is everyone this dumb? this app is to show you games for the gamepad. this is just a helper app not made by motorola. if you want your games to work tell the game developer.
Support more games = more sales. Easy. Not supporting PUBG is and absolute oversight. Awesome hardware, no real use for it.
GTA can use some manegment towards the controls. Perhaps offer a way for a manual input.

Emulate. Ppsspp, epsxe, etcetc. If you have this moto mod don't bother with their app list get some roms.
A lot of people don't understand what this app does really or how it works. It does what it needs to however I would like to see and update sometime soon
Doesn't support PUBG honestly only trash games for this app and hardware. Wasn't worth the purchase of the Moto game controller attachment. How do you not support such a large title?
Moto play 2 was what I had nefore the Force 2 & it was much better than the Forve for gaming, social,& worked best with any browser.Miss it.
For the price they really should be better game titles on the list. I have purchased several Moto mods and have been extremely pleased until now. If I would have known only select games are compatible then I wouldn't have made the purchase. In my opinion this is for a casual gamer which I am not. I'd say I'll be returning the device and adding some money and just purchasing a tablet.
