not as good as the previous version. Limited trainings or challenges to earn rewards or incentives. The old program had to tier prizes and more exciting challenges that would help motivate people to do more and learn.
This company I believe is the same company that makes the app for My Speck Connect. For some reason no matter what I do the courses will NOT launch on my phone. It started with my Pixel 3 XL. I hoped with my new phone (Pixel 5) it would resolve, sadly it has not. Clear Cache, Clear Data, log out and back in, uninstall and reinstall, nothing works.
They offer points and reward for selling their products which I happily did but then once you get enough to claim something they revoke you for no apparent reason. I have emailed and asked why I got revoked but I guess they have no mouth when it comes to getting your answer of why. Seems pretty sketchy. I just uninstall it since I won't be getting an answer and I won't be recommending their products. Too bad I can't put zero or negative stars.
I will be contacting Motorola corprate about this . my sales were completed and approved by your company. This is classic bate and switch or if someone claims a prize and it really never existed. I have also researched and read several review of people having the same issue we're prizes that are claimed are never processed and your team says they revoke there access. this is a total scam. trust me. lawyers love going after scams. it cheaper for them to pay the prize then the lawyer fees.
Will not keep me logged in and now cannot log back in at all. App is unusable. When selecting North America nothing happens.
Like the app. Wish there were more trainings to get more points. Also I recommend some swag stuff for the under 3000 points range such as pens, book bags, bottles, etc. Moto stickers not the answer.
Good, but likes to reject perfectly inputted/sold sales sometimes fir no reason. I think they are a bit stingy when it comes to giving out points for actual phones sold.
Great app! But people really need to read. In order for you to claim rewards you need to verify your employment. App works like it supposed to if you read and follow directions. It's not that hard people. >_>
Does not work in Pakistan, as in Pakistan Moto E4 and E4 plus officially launched. Please check it as it doesn't have options for choosing Pakistan, while registering.

One worst customer service company you might need to deal with. Not at all recommend to go with any of there product. Even there customer representative keeps you waiting till 5 PM, gets vanish after that. They will just simply keeps the ball out of there court.
Cant purchase anything in the store for months now. Screen just goes gray. Tried in both app and website.
It's not working properly. Not opening many times. When open it doesn't show my device.
I can't get past the email validation part. It literally send me the validation email then once I validate it nothing happens
The app is not working today,it freezes and shows white screen
Really great app, you can earn points and get cool items in the shop. You can ask questions and learn all about Motorola products.
Spend the extra money on lg or Samsung or or or... Constant software issues and no fix and no support. Read one star reviews... That could be you
It's great for ordering Motorola products. I wish obtain to obtain financing with Motorola though. terms like around $30.00 a month.
Overall it's a good app. Give a 4 stars because the App crashed sometimes.
Better be careful once you get enough points for the good prizes they will revoke your access and when you ask why they cant even reply back if I could give 0 stars I would
Cannot even register in this app. Worst!!!!!! Motorola has the worst service and app ever.

Motorola the pioneers of communication n mobile frontiers n lead the way for not only business but safety n fire n ambulance n buses postal wereconected first cell phone I had it the bag phone n u no I'm brand loyal I've had most of the lgs n ok n had up to the note edge plus galaxy n real good but didn't have the home family feel of our own motorola I tried all the rest n I'm retired n put them all to the test n I got the best my moto hello u can't hear me it's ok it's your device

New app, new review. It is running better. Still a little slow, but manageable. Biggest problem I'm having is it won't keep me logged in. It's very annoying to have to put my password in every darn time I want to check in on the app.
