Moto Z Market

Brand new z4 unlocked, this app was pre loaded, when I click on it, it shows a screen that is white with the text "change region." Looks like this issue has been around for a few weeks now but no fix yet, wish I could just remove it. Wasting limited space on what's essentially just a link to the Moto z store for the few mods available.

I have a koto z3 with battery mod and speaker mod. Don't buy any of this... It is the biggest disappointment I ever had with moto phones. I have been using moto phones Tha last 7 years and this is the worst ever and will be my last. Continuously freezes, moto battery modes doesn't connect properly and cresting sound and vibration all nigjt long. The camera is worse than on any low end Android phone Just getting rid of this phone as I'm so frustrated.

This just started happening. When I open the app, it takes me to a blank white screen that says "change region" at the top. There is nothing to click and nowhere to enter info. I can't go backwards or forward. Uninstalled and reinstalled Same result

Does anyone actually check and help these reviews ??? Have loved this app and having all the mod options easily. Went on to buy today but can't open. uninstalling then reinstalling and searching the web instead didn't work. the first and only screen says change region. Doesnt give me options and can't back out unless I hit home button. I need to order these for family members. Online I can only find 3 colors of back plate covers but have seen more options on the this app. 5 stars if fixed

After a update, not sure which, this app quite working. All I get is a change region screen. Too bad it can't be uninstalled. I mean it's been over 2 years since it was updated so why is it forced bloat ware?

Look, I understand that Motorola sells mods that attach to the back of my phone. I also know that they sell these mods and that they are available on the Motorola website. I can understand preloading the app, but that should be the end of this. None of the mods are cheap enough to be impulse buys, so stop pushing them and let me completely uninstall this app. If you want to make something useful, how about a charging dock for that battery pack so that my phone doesn't have to be tied down just to recharge it. If I had realized that, I never would have bought that mod.

Doesn't do squat. Opens to a blank white page titled "Change Region". I can't think of a more useless app I've seen in the past few years. And last updated 2 years ago, shows how important it is to Motorola.

It doesn't work anymore, since updating android on moto z4 unlocked it only says "change region" with a blank screen and crashes, requiring force close. Came pre-installed on phone.

while it is nice to see what Moto has to offer in terms of mods and accessories, they are not wven near to the lowest price. Much easier just to go on Amazon and check out the mods and accessories available.

Horrible: has never worked on my phone and it's a pre-installed app...I open it, it goes to a page that says change region and that is it. No option given to change the region.... 😿

Love the mods but my Moto market on my new z4 only says Change Region across the top of an otherwise BLANK SCREEN. NOTHING ELSE SHOWING.....a month later and still no reply from anyone. I want to look at new mods but if the market doesn't work the only option is the website (not set up for mobile viewing.) You want folks to buy your products but don't want to keep your market working? Why is this app on my device (with no way to remove) if it doesn't even freaking work?

Was trying to buy a charger. All details are there, as is the price, but there is no buy button. Neither is there a notification of product availability, assuming that's the reason for being unable to buy it.

New phone, doesn't work. Seems pointless. Can't uninstall but can disable. Funny that the play store says the app isn't compatible with my device. Moto z4 unlocked.

App loads to a blank page now. I've tried force closing the app, clearing app data, and it's on the latest update. It's just no longer works.

This app just opens to a white screen that says Change region with no indication that it's working at all. It's a terrible shame because I absolutely love my z 4 and want to see what this app is about

This does NOT work even with the Z4 that I just bought less than 2 weeks ago!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING shows up on the page itself except at the top where it says "Change Region". Is this still in experimental stages also??

Obviously they don't care about the users to even reply but here is my original review. Cant do anything with this app. Everytime I open it it says change region and there is only a blank screen.

The app won't open at all on my brand new Z3 Play. I'd really like to shop Moto mods in hopes of finding the wireless charging style shell, but alas, it doesn't work. At all.

We have had this phone for a few years and the Motorola z seems to outlive itself on our device the screen has warped and bent outwards it's almost like the phone is coming a part 😂🤣😂this phone was vary fast and we didn't have too many problems

Doesn't appear that this app works anymore, but can't uninstall, either. Also, can't find the wireless charging mod literally anywhere for sale.

Change region. Can't use the app. Attaching mods will install software automatically, but it's dumb that the app don't work.

I get the same "change region" issue as several other people have mentioned. Can't find a fix from Moto or anyone else. You wouldn't think a preloaded Moto app on a Moto phone bought directly off the Motorola website would have this sort of problem.

Brand New Moto z4 phone, open app only for it to display "change region" and nothing else. Completely locks up and does nothing. And in a Moto z4 no less. No update since 2017? That's the investment Motorola puts into Moto? Pathetic.

I love this app, it helps me browse the catalog of all the mods. I think all the mods Motorola is currently making are all spectacular and it's winning my purchases over. If only apple, and the other smartphone makers can bring in the modular design like Motorola is, I would have cheered the other makers on too. Kudos to you guys at Motorola!

complete waste of space , app doesn't work and it seems as though nobody at Motorola cares. Saved for 3 years to buy a Motorola Z phone , disappointed with how they deal with this. Gonna switch back to Samsung

Doesn't work at all. Launches with a Change Region page title and nothing else even after a 30 minute wait. Just disable this waste if space.

This app does not function on z3 Play. When app opens, requests select country. There are no countries listed, or method to select. 😏
