Once setup correct very easy to keep on top of Business and Private mileage. App recommends trips to auto start with Bluetooth connection however not that good if you have to phone 'work' & 'Personal' and you car auto connects to wrong device some time. Found it better to set 'Auto start on speed' of 5mph and longer time out to cover holdup on the motorways or in built up areas. The price is spot 👌 on too. Well done 👏 Given 4 stars as still relatively new user.

App experiences freeze if the Bluetooth connection was interrupted for whatever reason. It must be removed and installed again in order to make it work. Otherwise the trip timer doesn't stop. Also MPG calculation is wrong. Except for those 2 issues I enjoy using the app. Unfortunately I'm not going to renew my subscription as I can't be asked to be deleting and installing it when something goes wrong over and over again.

So far, so good. When refueling, adding the price per gallon and total cost should be default. Instead, app asks for either total cost or price per gallon. Some manual math is needed which seems a bit counterintuitive. The app should calculate gallons purchased automatically. This has to be done manually. Auto start seems to be working well with my pixel 5a with Bluetooth to my Kenwood head unit. GPS may be a tad off though. Lots of settings, a bit overwhelming. I have the pro version.

the positive: probably exactly what most people want, does what it does well, no forced account or other annoying shenanigans. that being said, pricing is a bit higher than I could justify, and I generally prefer a one-time payment rather than a subscription. The biggest reason I am not giving this a full five stars is that I cannot predict future expenses, and most importantly I cannot see neither current cost/km, nor a predicted cost/km given current diving and expense patterns.

After a deeper dig using this app, some inconvenient functions to improve: Manual trip entry is complicated. Does not autocalculate between trip points. Unable to offset odometer when inserting adhoc trips. No easy way to recalibrate current odo reading. Scheduled start modes is not fool proof, makes it easy to miss trips. Auto trips runs good, but if you miss a few trips, then you're in for a very complex and unfriendly manual entry process..

This is a re-rating. I had rated the app as being pretty poor initially. I immediately got a message from the developer. I was impressed, so I gave it another go. I now find it does everything I need. I wish there was more documentation. None of these mobile apps seem to have much.

It is not clear to me how to add a second user, I tried yet this user gets messages that max trips have been reached. In addition all her daily trips are recorded as separate trips I stead of one trip with stops. The developer does NOT answer any HELP requests at all.

This is a very powerful app that does not require a monthly subscription. I can use it to log trips, record hours spent working, and record expenses. This is great for IRS record-keeping.

The app is not bad but makes my Pixel 6 Pro and in the past my Pixel 5 very hot (so hot that on a long trip the phone gives a warning). I wrote to the developers about it a while ago but never got an answer.

No help descriptions in app, for example it doesn't explain how to set the reimbursement figure for Hmrc tax return on fuel costs. I'm still waiting for any kind of response from admins how to set reimbursement costs, I noticed the facebook page has customer queries but not one admin response. Very disappointing considering the work they have put into the app itself.

Great app. I've stuck with it for a year now where as I couldn't stick with and be consistent with its competitors . Can quickly pull expense reports, mileage ect, revenue ect.The only thing I'd like to see is a computer version. I think that would make it easier to read some of the reports and save them. I, also, can't figure out why I'm getting so many addresses as "scheduled for look up " lately. I haven't seen that in awhile

Does what it says it does. Second edit: Works like a charm again. The problem wasn't on the app's side but on the security updates of my phone side (still a problem, but I got a work-around.) Edit: for some reason my trips aren't logged anymore as before. At first all my trips were logged precisely but now some trips are and others aren't. I use the connect on BT option and it never failed before. Unfortunately now it dies. Out of 10 trips only half are logged.

It looks good and has some useful functions, so I decide to upgrade to the Pro version (with a free month for English speakers). When I next try to use the app I find that it has lost ALL the data (inc. captured data, input data, and the default data it sets up with). As I can't afford to lose data without warning and don't want to back up after EVERY trip, I cancelled the login, cancelled the subscription and uninstalled the app.

I love that it automatically detects trips. I love the Bluetooth detection function. I really like the way you could swipe left all right to determine whether or not it's a business or personal trip. $5 a year is awesome! I could divide that to figure out my daily cost but I think it's pretty safe to say that it's minuscule! I really like the way it's set up and all that I end up having to do is swipe if it's a personal trip. Great work!

It is decent. I got this to compare to the tracker I have in my car. Downside is that because it runs constantly in the background, it has been draining my phone battery. Unfortunately I didn't catch the premium renewal in time, so I have a year of this. It would be nice if this doesn't need constant access to run and ran more like Android Auto. I use both this and Android Auto+pandora. Android Auto+pandora together don't even compare to what this uses. Not even close. This is always at top.

This app is much better and user friendly compare to its competitors available on app store. You can get fuel economy, trips calculator and more in this. I had tried some options and found working ok. The example given in app is very good for freshers. The example given, illustrates the significance of the app, it shows how can we get the most out of this app. Keep it up guys. 👍....!!!
