Worst App of my life. 1st not able to see video what I am capturing, screen is green. 2nd on every click ask for app update. 3rd not at all user friendly. 4th without application nos. not allow to see inside app. 5th not able to run video after capturing. HDFC is such gaint company can't afford to make one good app. It's shocking. Still I am trying that somehow I can send details of my car.
Worst app. Spent an hour on capturing images and video. Still not able to upload. Video has to captured in one minute without pause which very tough. Please ask Hdfc to send personel to do the inspection and save yourself the stress and effort.
Bad Experience. Still haven't received the final review of survey. Your team made mistakes while reviewing the survey, your customer service team accepted that the review was wrong over call. Rahul from your team contacted but he too was of no help. Switched off his phone after the call. I haven't been able to renew my policy yet. Wrote on your customer support email id many timesbut received only templatised response. You designed a good app but u offer pathetic support.No resolution till now.
App not working at photo capture stage. It gets struck after completing video capture. Nothing happens when I click on numbers to capture photos. Tried around 15 times. Am fed up
The app failed multiple times to upload the video. Tried doing it from multiple devices and still the same. It's a pretty disfunctional app unless it's main aim to play the YouTube video directing you what to do
App is opening properly but not able to take photos enable to click photos and all permissions also given , auto rotation is also on, then also not able to click photos Mobile model: Samsung galaxy note 10 plus
App opening properly and capturing video but camera not opening while capturing the photos. Not able to proceed further. Not expected such glitches from HDFC
Worst app. Not able to capture photos. Only for this reason I am not choosing ergo. Waste of time.

Worst app I ever seen, not even captures the actual photos, after capturing the proper video it says compressed video is not proper kindly retake the video. Did the same twice in two days but same issue
Stupid app. Even after uploading videos and photos, couldn't get my insurance renewal for 5 days. Customer care has no clue on what happened to the uploads. Finally went for a insurance from a different vendor.
It's been more than 24 hours and I am not able to connect to the application to upload the video and photos. Every time getting error 'can't connect to the server'
Initial part of taking the photoes and uploading is fine.It says it takes one hour to give the inspection report.Its been four days since I uploaded.No response whatsoever. Even written to contacthdfcsupport-no response.
Useless app...gets stuck after video stage....tried everything..even unistalled and reinstalled...in this day and age, total waste of time..
Should be more user friendly. Serial numbers for different sides of vehicle should be removed because it is little confusing.
what is the useless kind of app. trying to put claim number as reference number but not taking only process is going is showing.. customer care number is also not connecting..
Tried to use it but after taking video and pics of the car it failed to upload due to size hence had to request for inspection by an agent.
This app..and hdfcergo both are disgust me. I tried to verify my car and renew my policy. But still after 3 hours it wont happened, i think i ll choose another insurance company. Because for me hdfcergo is not at all easy to get online policy.

The page is not loading only after entering the transaction number. Ultimately moved to another insurance company

HDFC ERGO can not manage a simple policy renewal. I wonder how they handle claims. This app is useless .

Updated but details not found. CC suggested- uninstall then install again. Yesterday I downloaded app Today updated Now again uninstall the install to use. What the hell is this process
