Was working great and I loved the ability to customize my Moto 360 with it through my phone. Went to get the update and not it's saying that my phone, which had been running this app since July, does not support Motorola Connect. What the hell!? Now my watch is not allowing Maps, Google Fit, Uber/Lyft, of MapMyRide to show up. It's frustrating and making me think I will need to switch to a different watch other than a Motorola.
The experience was not good. When I started using it, in the setup process only it would not let me go ahead due to some random error called the error 700. Tied reinstalling the app and it still doesn't work. I was very disappointed with the experience.
I use to have the app "My Motospeak" which was an incredible app to go along with the use of Motorola's H19txt Bluetooth. I have yet to find an app that works as simple as this app worked. The app is on my first smart phone. However the phone does not work as a phone. And the app is non-transferable. I went so far as to buying a second unit hoping that the there was another My Motospeak app available with it. To which there wasn't. Very disappointing!
App fails to load. Unable to connect (error 700) This is regardless of my connection status - LTE, WIFI, etc. and it's the only app that won't connect. I've tried reinstalling, rebooting my phone, etc. the app simply doesn't work.
I usually connect Moto Escape plus to my Moto G5 S plus. It used to work fine but after installing this app I wasn't able to pair my headphones with this app. Later when I connect my Bluetooth it show Moto notification for a second and vanishes and then my connected speaker will play music on only one speaker. I don't understand how this happened but few days later it used to play well them the same occurs. Clears the headphones are working and I don't know what's causing this. All I understand is after installing this something has gone wrong.
Can't get past the "Are you in" screen. There is not a "NO" option. And when I hit "yes I'm in" I get error message 700. Been trying to get help to no avail. Most of the customizations on my moto 360 want to use this app. This is horrible.
This App is not compatible with One plus 6T I have Moto 360 Gen2 and now my watch isn't syncing with my mobile as it use with my previous devices as this App is not compatible with Oxygen OS. Can someone look into this resolve?
Keeps saying there's an error (700). Not sure what that means. Bad experience. Not able to message through my Moto 360. 😭
I cannot Setup it as it shows error 700 connect failed and i have all usual troubleshooting like reinstalling rebooting changing networks!! This app is not working anymore please dont install it .

I need to contact Motorola. My motorola g6 just stopped sharing web pages! On Motorola site trying to share page with my mom and everytime I click share screen goes blank 1sec comes back to the Motorola site. No sharing options at all!
I cannot even install this app on Android 10 and use with KeyLink. Also look like this app hasn't been updated for a while. EOL?
Won't install on Android Pie phones, even though Wear 1.0 works fine. So now I can't update key features on my Moto 360. Lenovolora support letting us down yet again.
I tried to connect my moto g 5s plus with my motorola pulse escape. But this app can't search and says "sorry you are having trouble lets try to fix this".

Useless. It wouldn't work because it couldn't get data from the server. All it needs to do is connect the phone to the computer. Why does it need to receive data from a server, and why couldn't it?

It used to be a great app but I can't pair my moto 360 2nd as the app does not work anymore (surprisingly the watch still works)

Install "Wear OS by Google" if you have a Moto 360 smartwatch and want at least some functionality. Hope this helps someone.
As everyone else has pointed out this app doesn't work as it won't let you create an account and just keeps saying try again later.
it was such a waste of time, it doesnt connect my motorola pulse even when it is ON. wish i could give it zero stars.
This app reads bad , it doesn't show the correct battery reading It sticl to 25%battery life after i have charged it also.
I can't connect my watch for many tryes and restore doesn't make any difference. It's stupid choice with stupid watch
Having a very common problem. I want to suggest that removing your PIN and disabling Lookout and reseting again from scratch seems to fix the issue. WHAT A PAIN I had a totally unresponsive touch screen and so for a week straight I have been trying to re-set my watch but it finally seems done. Have your Google Password handy in advance.
