my motorola phone just stopped charging out of nowhere, and I only had like 6% to transfer everything to my new phone so I tried using this app (cause it was the only available option), but when I tried opening the app it just didn't work and I was and still am really upset cause it could've helped a lot.
After long time (very long time believe me) I decided to buy new mobile. I was checking a lot of reviews from yt and I've found two phones, Xiaomi redme 7 and Moto g7. I remember how simply was moving from my old Samsung to my new Moto g by using Moto migrate app. At shop with my Moto g in my pocked I was staying and thinking....my heart started beating faster so many good memories and adventures I had with that phone! Finally my hand picked up new Moto.... What a disappointment when I back home
It works so perfectly. Umlike other transfer apps, it can move call history and text messages too.
Unpredictable & Unreliable. It lost hundreds of custom contact phone Contact labels, when I migrated from an LG to a Motorola phone. 2.5 years later & I still haven't recovered all of them.
dont want this app and it's no longer supported but it wont let me completely remove from phone. taking up memory but not wanted or needed!
If you are retiring this app then allow us the option to uninstall it. Now it is just bloatware on out phones.
This app was amazing, and so very helpful, I mourn its loss and ask that you please, please bring it back.
I thought this was ended. Motorola said years ago it doesn't work anymore. I don't know why it's still in my phone.

After reading the description of this app, I wouldn't even consider using it again ... it talks about Android releases 3, 4, 5 ... my old phone is Android 10! Clearly this is the wrong app because the transfer was flawed, incomplete and overlooked many features, incorrectly transferred contact information and completely skipped my music and audio book files ... needs to be updated to current century/decade ... very disappointing
