What about chating system between c2c and dealer2customer?
This app is full of bugs. You will face new problem after solving last one while configuration of app with website. I cannot add a new list using this app. Every time it shows a small note "fill all fields" regardless of having filled all the given fields. I have purchased their plugin and they do not even reply to their ticket even after 2 days.
