Simple to understand. Requires you to work at progression just like in the real world, so I like it. Some other reviews said it was too hard to progress, but I haven't found that at all, even though I am on the verge of having to drop back a tier of racing to build funds, that happens in the real racing world too. Only tweek I would really like to see is the weather timer in race mode. Currently just shows conditions at that moment and not the approaching weather or timing.

Great little game I love how the micro transactions work ie you can ignore then if you want to. Really addictive and fun to play. But. it doesn't fit on the screen... weirdly enough, when i first played this, only a small amount was missing. Enough to be annoying but not enough to break the game. I played a bit longer and somehow I've lost more of the screen so now i can't see any times or ratings of drivers/staff etc. Emailed the devs and no response so.. good fun if you can see all the screen!

Great game for the genre, although it gets boring when you're playing it a bit longer, it's juat upgrade, follow driver's suggested setup, winning, repeat. ... But I was wondering if someone could manage to make extending driver/staff contracts more important by actually making other teams able to make agreement to leave the team by the time their contract ended. Also, it would've been great if you could actually "scope" the other team and snag one of their driver/staff.

I have now played 6 seasons, a great game all in all very well made. Things could improve are more control of the driving style during racing, more accurate performance, what i mean by that is that is not possible to win a season and next season on the same level to come 6th, its really frustrating. The last thing to add that would be amazing and probably pay you some money as well is add skin features to the cars.

I love this game. As a racing fanatic it really does give you so much fun from the strategic point of view and all the variables make a difference. Very well thought out and put together. However something really really annoys me. When you stay in the same series or even enter another series in the same tier all the car development from the season drops to the previous levels. I can understand this if you are changing tiers (very realistic in terms of developing a car) but at the same level I lose all my performance gains. I've actually spent money on this game which I never do normally but now no matter how successful I am or how much credit I purchase I am unable to develop my car to it's full potential. For me my game bank balance is stable so it doesn't matter really (but only as I've spent real money!) but if I was in the early stages again this would reek of an excuse to get people to pay real money. I've done this already and now no matter how much I have in the bank each season I have to do the same development again and again. I can understand if the levels dropped a little bit (other teams catching up, rule changes etc, all very realistic) but to go back to exactly the same level each season? It's just ground hog day. As I say, now impossible for me to get my car to full performance. Is this a glitch in my game as I'm sure this didn't happen when I first installed it?

Quite the amount of time and effort went into making this and it shows. The game runs well and is a nice distraction to kill some time and have fun. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the tier up system that makes your motorsport team pretty useless in that higher division. You have to play for a few in game years (maybe between 1-2 real life hours) to actually start rebuilding a better crew suited for a higher division.

I like the concept. Its a ok game but very basic when it comes to manage a racing team. A few thing missing such as training and developing your drivers, refinements and adjustments of your car and development of your engeneer. Also, I am not sure about the concept of recruiting more people as the only way to improve your car performance. Instead of that you also should be able to improve car parts in more detail and develop better car parts for performance and durability. Also need test runs.

Great racing management sim! You do not drive the car. You control pit stops, tires, how agressive your drivers are.... But, you basically get to build your racing empire. From entry level open wheel to F1. Has gotten me somewhat addicted. NO ads and the app has never asked to spend actual money to upgrade the car or team. Highly recommended!!!

I've been playing this game and enjoying it quite a bit, so I invented some of my hard earned money to get to the next level a bit quicker. I than noticed miscellaneous expenses took half of what I purchased a race later and continues to reduce your race rewards 👎I don't have a young driver's programme but it still gets deducted. The mathematics behind the racing is good but the finance could be a little more realistic

One of the best management games ever. I started playing after I started playing the PC version. This is way more simple, sometimes too simple, but exactly this is why it is good fun, no complication, just simple fast decisions. It has 4 levels of championships, so you always end up an expert when you reach tier 1! :D Good fun, easy to learn and use. And sets you to understand better, how motorsport works. I recommend playing this before the 2nd game! ;) And the fan tweets are hilarious! :D

Best sport management game out there right now. Saying this but I'd like to see a few tweaks. Physical training for the drivers would be one. Been able to adjust ride height and camber would definitely add more thought to setup. Alterations in championship rules that require build changes, say introducing turbo's or engine resizing. Not sure if this will occur because it's been 3 years since the last update but I live in hope.

The game is great. It runs smoothly, the only thing I would like is the option to change race length (lap percentage, like the NASCAR games), and also putting more colors? Cautions could probably be increased, as they occur very rarely as well, and are some of the best places to make strategy changes and gain some extra positions. Overall, with a few changes, it would be even better than it already is.

Gave me hours of fun, as it should for any racing fan. Upgrading isn't a chore, as in most games, but fun to see as the improvements to your cars are very visible. The racing is as fun to watch as the real thing, even more so when you're into it and paying attention to your drivers. Business is pretty easy to do, and strategy is a key factor. This is the ideal manager game.

Sneaky good game. Has me hooked for hours when I load it up. The challenge of winning each season is difficult, but very fun. More strategy required than first expected. Only wish for the ability to have a bigger team. More than 2 drivers. This would add a whole other element to the strategy of how you run your team. But awesome game overall. Very surprised with it.

Fun game! Slight difficulty to understand intentional game design maybe? Everytime you move up to next tier the car development starts from 0. the tutorial is not very guided. self help and self learn of controls. downloaded to try because highly rated and it deserves the high rating, really is a fun game. love the f1 engine sound effects, but crowd background chatter could be reduced a bit in certain menu options. moving down a tear no sponsor if not selected glitched the game had to start over.

Solid Racing simulator, and I prefer it to MM2 & MM3 to this point for the casual racing fan that just wants to jump in a begin playing where I feel Motorsport Manager 2 & 3 have more advanced options which may be more attractive to ppl who truly know a thing or two about cars or those trying to learn more. As for me, I just want to have a fun time and this game actually is surprisingly engaging and enjoyable to play.

Fun challege. Some small niggles keep it from being 5 star. The ability to pause the game is great but when changing strategy on one of your drivers it unpauses. This is bad as the other driver can then overshoot the pit lane. Same niggle with after qualifying. I would love to see what my oponents times were after qualifying before making a choice on the tyre and engineering setup.

It's a great game, but you can go almost 800 million into debt if you so please and there are no consequences. The only real problem I have is rubberbanding. The rubberbanding is insane. If i get a huge (40 second) lead and it keeps going up, some random person will shoot past me with no warning, it's like they're breaking the sound barrier. I never pit from first to first because the lap I say pit in so I would be in first, and someone shoots past me and wins the race. This is my only complaint

Hun. A. Oct 31, 2018

Pretty well designed. I dont like how their isn't a display of the recommended car setup after the initial screen. I also discovered after spending a lot of money that there is no benefit to hiring more staff beyond a certain point for the tier guy ou are competing in. It's fun overall but could use some additional content and options like sector time differences and best sectors during a race to help with strat

great until you hit a plateau of skill. you either spend years in lower tiers building up money, or risk bankruptcy at the upper levels. Also, other teams get a computer boost. Last lap, no tread, yet they close a 15 second gap for the win. I remember why I uninstalled the game the first time. You can only dominate a tier for do long before you start losing. Three retirements in the last three races? Two years in a row I've lost by one point thanks to drivers retiring in the final races.

i love this game! very good offline game to pass my time. challenging too. haven't been able to peel myself from it. if you included a race view mode that would show us driver perspective or birds eye at angle of driver of your choice (camera following car) it would seal the deal - id pay for this game. n maybe allowing online matches between different players. also do not include transactions and match make based on progress! overall superb! i hide at work just to manage my f1 team! haha.

The most fun and addictive app I've ever played. I think it's missing a driver orders button tho. I say that because I've had to many instances where my driver's fight with each other to much. I'd like to be able to tell the slower lead driver to let their teammate go. Add that, and it'd be perfect.

Really good game. Only slight criticism is that all activity seems to stop between seasons. Building work stops, contracts stop etc. Not only doesn't make sense but stops you doing the sensible thing and expanding when races aren't happening. Really appreciate the lack of adverts or attempts to force you into paying by making the game unwinnable.

Aki. G. Aug 31, 2019

Relaxing small for phone space good for offline game and most of all FREE!!!! After a while become tiring to run run run to save money for upgrades etc but it depends how often someone playing it....me after 13 championships I'm just playing it until I finish all the upgrades every now and then but still is good and relaxing game specially for trips 🙂

This game is fantastic. Fun concept, easy to grasp but a difficult challenge. plenty of different options on how you want to play. No ads forced on you at all. You do have the option to get additional money in the game, but it's definitely not required. Overall great, polished, experience.
