Still VERY buggy. The app does not open the controls every time when the bed is chosen. Most of the time the app needs to be reopened once or twice before controls are available.

Doesn't work at all with newer phones. Opens and closes or doesn't show bed totally disappointing. Please fix soon. I have Samsung galaxy s22.

I absolutely love this app. I've used it for over a year, and it hasn't had a single glitch. I have used it with three phones: BlackBerry Key2, Samsung S10, Samsung Z Flip3 5G. I have a tendency to misplace (wireless) remotes...daily. Without this app, using my adjustable bed would be bothersome. The only thing that would put this app over the top would be voice control via a smart assistant. A+

App worked great until the last few weeks and now it does not work at all, it will not connect to the bed anymore.

This app never displays our beds. Normally when you first open the app, they are both listed, but if you try and go back, they disappear. Then you have to restart the app to get them to show back up. If you adjust the bed, lay the phone down, and then go back in layer to put the bed in a different positron, the beds are gone again forcing another restart. Tonight, they're just bit showing up at all even after restarting the app. It worked last night, but tonight it won't list my beds at all 😡😤

My app shows it is there but when I click it disappears. On my husband it works but I unistalled and reinstalled and not working 2 days now

This app needs active development. It doesn't stay connected to the bed once you leave the app, and it should after it initially pairs. Unplugging the base multiple times in order to pair is inconvenient. When the app connects it is identical to the remote, easy to use. Compatibility with Google home, Amazon Alexa, etc. would be amazing! Without developing this app to the next level, it's rather pointless to keep on my phone. Motion sensor night light setting doesn't work. Keeps spooling.

Requires location services to be enabled in order to control the bed - not just for initial discovery, but in order to control it after the bed was discovered. No other Bluetooth device of mine requires that. The app does not use the normal Android Bluetooth pairing mechanism. The app seems to work for controlling the bed, but I do not usually enable location services on my phone and won't change that just for this app.

Its better than the remote because you can change the colors and the duration of the lights. What would make this perfect is google assistant integration. Imagine your alarm at 630am goes off, your favorite music plays and then the bed sits you up. Even if it could use a preset option like the user defined settings. Absolute perfection! Edit: after 3 days of use I notice the down arrow actually sends the head up. The down arrow works for the neck and feet.

Man this app sucks. It was a very expensive bed, and for that it should have a great app. It took forever to get it to connect to the bed. Turns out you have to ALWAYS have GPS location on. (I don't keep that on, generally.) Every time you open it, you have to hit refresh. This was meant to be an added benefit, instead it is trash. It is slow and clunky. Displeased.

Keeps crashing, can't adjust my bed. Lost without my adjustable bed! Please fix!

Today my app started crashing every time I try to refresh and I can't access the bed at all

The app is a little rough around the edges, however, I was contacted directly by the developers and they resolved the issue of the app crashing when adjusting LED settings and general connectivity issues....within a day. If you have problems I highly recommend contacting the support available within the app.

The app does basically what I expected. I would really love if you could add a timer to set the bed back to HOME position. That way if I fall asleep with my feet up the bed will eventually go back to FLAT. I was hoping the app would be able to do that since the remotes dont have that option.

It worked at first but doesn't connect now via BT to bed. Uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. My Galaxy S7 doesn't see its signal and location is set to high accuracy. It sees and works with both BT factory radios so that part is fine. I would give it 5 stars if it worked...again.

Works well when it connects. I sometimes have to restart the app to get it to find my bed. A few times it has failed to find it after several resets, though this has always been resolved not long after. Overall, a good app, no ads.

Two phones - S8+ and Note 9. Allowed location on both. Tried while on the bed and under the bed next to the control unit. Hit refresh 100 times. The app does not work. We bought this bed specifically because it was supposed to have bluetooth. What a waste. ***Update: I contacted customer service as suggested by the developer. They asked what model, which I advised was an M9X732. She stated that they were working on an update but could not say when the update would be done.

App use to work perfectly but then all of a sudden it stopped. So I disconnected my bed and now I am unable to add it back. Tried reinstalling the app and even power cycling the bed.

Please eliminate the need to search for a bed every time the app is opened.

Downloaded the App, turned my bluetooth on. Opened the App, hit refresh then selected my bed. Works great! Doesn't get much more straight forward then that.

This app is garbage just like the physical remotes. The real remote locked itself, and won't unlock, and this app doesn't work. Will not find the bed no matter what I try. Wish I could give 0 stars and get my money back for the entire product. Absolute garbage product

Lumbar function does not work.

Doesn't seem to work for me. I can see it when I look at available bluetooth devices. But the app does not connect. A shame I was kind of looking forward to using it rather than the remote.

This app worked for me until the last update. Now... nothing. The control screen is a blank grey field with "select device" at the top and a non working "refresh" button at the bottom. Fix it, please! Something eas amiss with the last update.

It is a little spotty and for some reason, my light control only changes intensity of the LEDs not the color. Any suggestions for this?

It keeps disconnecting when i adjust the led lights and now just keeps disconnecting period tried on several phones and tablets....paid way to much money for that to keep happening!!!

I wish I could give this zero stars and get my money back for this adjustable base. App doesn't even pick up the bed on ANY of my mobile devices and hasn't been updated in 6 months.

Ever since the latest update the app won't connect to my base, and the head is now stuck in an up position!!! I was very pleased with the app before and now its garbage.

I downloaded the app, and followed the instructions... Connected easily, and has worked great. I'm so happy this is an available, if I can't find the remote
