MOTP supports Hardware and Software Tokens include Android, iPhone, and Windows Phone. So you can use Android to be an OTP generator.
Offline try:
1. Download this and install it.
2. launch and input the Initial Key "00000000"
3. touch the leftest button of the bottom

With a security orientated app such as this, I'm concerned it requires FULL NETWORK ACCESS. It should only need to use an internal algorithm to generate the one-time password from the secret/seed. Because this app requires full network access it could potentially be uploading your server address, username, secret, etc. to an unknown party who would then be able to connect to your VPN/App/etc using your credentials. USERS BEWARE! To the author - I doubt your intentions are nefarious, but whilst these permissions are required by the app it cannot be trusted by your users.
Didn't work at all for me. It would not accept my secret saying it was the wrong key (which it could not logically know).
Installed on my HTC Hero easily and get me synchronized with our MOTP server. Not requiring extra permission.The font is a little small. So 4 stars.
OTP need so many permission, control led light, read phone call, what that for? Don't know what my company is thinking using this app.
