Please fix your app. You can set it to business hours, but the app continues to pick and choose when it will work. It works less often than it doesn't

App keeps crashing after new update - 4.29.22. Samsung S21. Cleared cache on recommendation but won't open.

App is broken after latest update. Will not launch. Galaxy note 8. Update was an hour ago.

I'm forced to use the piece of junk for my company's mileage reimbursement program. It has settings to start capturing mileage at certain time of each day. That feature doesn't work. it would be okay if it never worked, then I would know. lt works most of the time. but sometimes I'll drive around for days with no mileage captured. Sometimes it captures business miles on the weekends, when my settings direct otherwise. then I must go in later to delete. works poorly out of cell service too.

Terrible app. You can go to the same place twice and never get the same mileage. Editing the mileage is nearly impossible on the phone. My employer pays the mileage from my door to my door. If I want to go somewhere after work without going home first I have to edit it from a pc. If I get stuck in traffic the app logs it as a trip. At the end of the day even though you only went from destination A to B and back you have about ten trips in there. There's no logic to it, it's terrible.

Logs miles on weekends even though I dont have it set to log on Saturday and Sunday. Also the UI for setting business hours is terrible. The slider interface is completely unnecessary and unintuitive. Every time I try to scroll up or down I end up changing the hours. Just make it where I can type in the time and it will fix the problem.

Seems to work ok, however to be fair I just started to use it. Works well under manual start and stops, I don't trust automatic mode. Absolutely hate that battery saving has to be turned off to use it properly, really absurd to design an app like that. It's really bad for phones where the battery can't be replaced - this app drains battery badly which means more charging and wearing the battery out faster. Good thing my company provides phones, which they will have to replace much more frequently due to worn batteries. If I were forced to use this app on a personal phone, I would absolutely refuse unless the company agrees to cover replacement batteries and/or phones. Otherwise, you'll foot the bill as you go through batteries/phones like toilet paper.

I learned to never use the automatic trip capture when I had Runzheimer and had no problems with it capturing the entire trip and not stop mid trip, however after submitting my January mileage and taking a trip I have gotten at least 20 notifications "1/1 trips successfully uploaded". It had erroneously captured a trip after 5pm AFTER I had closed the app, even though I did not manually start it and DO NOT have automatic trip capture. When I called customer service it says they are closed, call back when they are open but don't list their hours. Gee, it seems like they don't want you to call!

Forced to use this app by employer. Not nearly as user friendly or reliable as runzheimer. In fact I've had the app for two months and it has only uploaded three trips when using manual mode. I usually get an error message that says: trips could not be uploaded. Attempting to manually enter trips is a total waste of time. The app simply dies not work. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Unreliable and inaccurate. Measures different distances when reversing a trip. Cant edit miles or their calculate "optimal" route. Battery and data hog. Requires battery save to turned off or drops GPS and choices a route for you which you cant adjust. Poor navigation within app and support website is a sales add to tell business how it can save them money. Horrible service and app. Would not use if not forced to by company.

Auto start randomly won't start so you have to birddog it constantly// now manual start Auto stops randomly/still unable to get human support after numerous requests.

If you like having power on your phone you're not going to like this app. I have used both the Android and iPhone versions, and I have yet to find an app that soaks up battery power like a dry sponge as much is this app does. Downloading the latest version is meaningless. With the app in use, and making calls, I get about five hours with a full charge (and that is also while charging the phone at every opportunity I get). With the app disabled or removed, the same phone battery lasts all day.

I really love the convenience of this app being on my cell phone due to the biggest reason is my phone is with me at all times. The old device when I had to swap automobiles for work that needed to done from time to time I would forget and get into the loaner and forget the device and would not remember until later then it was hard to remember the mileage to edit the old system.

This app is absolutely useless!! Negative stars if it were possible!! And it runs off cell tower triangulation instead of actual GPS Satellite signal? what a joke! And it's always off by at least 10-15mi. Always have your odometer running and check for yourselves! And it won't allow you to use your battery saver on your phone!! This app is Terrible!! Completely useless, and a waste of Memory!! Negative 5 stars!!

This app is horrible. It incorrectly tallies miles based on quickest route available and doesn't understand traffic fluctuations or typically used routes. Not only this, but you cannot correct the incorrect miles it automatically records. Unfortunately, my employer requires this app to be used so I'll have to constantly pester management to address the consistent incorrect mileage records I order to correct the apps mistake. A largely inaccurate and unreliable app.

I've found this app completely unreliable. The folks at the customer service number are helpful to a point but seem more inclined to blame me or my phone for their app not working, instead of their programmers. I was told that nobody but me has issues like loss of trips or the app shutting off, yet I read about them in this forum.

Runzheimer was a mess when we first got that. Things improved greatly over those 24 months to where it was decent. Motus buys them and I have to switch. A few days in and back to one star reviews like Runzheimer in the beginning. Battery drainage. Phone heating up and becoming sluggish. I had hoped that the acquiring company would be the better one. Avoid if you can but most who use it probably don't have a choice like me. They actually require you to turn battery management off so it can work allowing the app to drain you power at a rate no other app has ever approached. Runzheimer used to blame my phone even though specs were above miminimum. I may call someday and see what Motus has to say.
