Don't like new look. For me it is harder to see, The old look was better. The sun or bright days makes it hard to see. So darkening the look makes it even harder to see. If people want a darker look they can turn the phone or tablet screen dimmer. That isn't too much to do. Why people can't think these days. Moultrie DELTA not a good night camera. The app has some good features like the map and weather. I use them a lot.

I have been using the delta cams and have had very few issues. I've had to replace one but otherwise the pictures come in and the videos work great. Just wish they were able to record more than 15 seconds and be able to adjust the delay of still shots. But I've got great pics of wildlife and trespassers, one of which set a tree on fire. Video requests could be quicker for security use of these cameras. But overall very satisfied even with the customer service team. Great job Moultrie!!

Not receiving the pics on the app from 3 new EXO cams. I changed out sd cards and battery brand and have had 6 pics come through in the past 3 days plus it took 24hrs for them to show in app even thoughi have them set on "immediately" in the settings. (there are a bunch showing on the device settings they just aren't coming to my phone.:( BTW I have refreshed app several times, Uninstalled app a couple of times AND turned phone off/back on and still the pics are not showing on the app.

Still not getting notifications. Have been trying for a week now to get a hi res image of ANY of the photos on the camera to download, whereas previously i would get the hi res image a few hours after requesting it. One of the cameras they sent to replace a defective camera is also defective, so they're sending me a newer model? But what's the point if the app that runs the whole thing doesn't work?

04/2022 UPDATE: I still don't get any notifications. Most of the pictures are all black (even with brand new lithium batteries). The app crashes when I try to watch videos that I requested to be uploaded. The app was amazing 10 months ago. Now it sucks. 11/2021: Lastest update is GARBAGE. All photos and devices disappeared, despite it is still sending notifications of photos taken

Cameras constantly fail to record photos and getting then to up date and upload to my cell phone is a joke. Constantly having to go to the camera pull batteries and reinstall batteries reset settings is just unreasonable. Poor quality of software is my guess. Spent lots of money on batteries and unlimited photo and video plans for nothing to very limited photos approx 25photos one month to zero photos the next... waste of time and money! Very very disappointed!

Very dissappointed it doesnt have an option to record video and that i have to request a high resolution photo. $17+ tax a month for unlimited photos, with the option for video listed in the menu, but greyed out, not apparently an option in either the camera i bought, or the plan and its pointless to buy a 2nd camera as your monthly plan doubles, but remains only doubled if you buy 4 or 5. Just another example of corporate greed.

Update. Notifications quit working after the last update. Again, Again, Again. I called about 6 times and they are working on it. CAN they NOT fix the app? Sent request to fix app. My Tactacam app has worked from the beginning, with no issues.

100% do not waste your time with this product especially if you mess with the settings the camera will automatically take pictures if you're messing with the settings will not give you time to fix them so do not waste your money on this product I'm not a happy customer I was messing with the settings and I bought the $5 plan just to try it out out of nowhere after messing with the settings an trying to fix it it immediately took pictures instantly while messing with settings.. so not worth it..

App is mediocre. The camera is not set to format on upload but the camera is no longer sending HD photos when requested. When attempting to view the few HD photos I managed to get, or enlarge an SD photo, the app immediately crashes and restarts.

Since y'all are making noise suashing bugs in the app... sliding though captured images left to right. The newest pic should be the last I see. But a few months ago that last left to right swipe randomly picks up an older image to show me. Y'all might want to fix that.

Update 5/13/22: Pradco continues to take poor service & design to new lows. As if the hideous dark (green) app theme wasn't bad enough (you can't change it), now they're having issues with the MV/MA field modems not linking to servers. Don't worry they say, photos are still on the SD card, will upload whenever service is restored. Great. Good thing I bought WIRELESS trailcams, huh? Credit for lost plan days with no service? Of course not. Moultrie: #1 FUBAR trailcam service. From 1st to worst.

I'm getting white screen on the app it happened yesterday to my friends I phone and today to my android. I've done all the fixes even deleted the app and reinstalled. Just signed back in. Still white screen. I've cleared cache. Given all permissions. What do I do to fix this in really tired of this so much that I'm probably going to switch from Moultrie to a different brand

Very disappointed. I had SpyPoint previously, and I bought Moultrie because the built in GPS... but everything else is worse than SpyPoint. The Moultrie pictures are poor, the cam chew through batteries, and the app is slow, crashes, and is featureless.

I prefer Moultrie over most cellular cams but...lately app is horrible. I am getting notifications for pictures that arent there. Pictures that have been in my gallery mysteriously disappear...this app keeps crashing. Please fix this problem.

Giving 1 star so hopefully it will attract some attention. I have 4 cameras. The new model with the antenna is nowhere near as good as the previous model. Either way, they work fine enough. My gripe with the app is that it crashes EVERY single time you try to open a high resolution image. Mobile website opens high res images with no issues. Fix the app and no problems. The one time I did have to have a warranty replacement, customer service was exceptional and the new camera arrived in 3 days.

Receiving notification that picture has been taken but the pictures don't appear. After contacting developer, I was told that it must be a problem on my end. I tried logging in on a different device, but the same problem occurs. It allows me to click where the picture would be, but no image shows. The app worked well for a couple of months, but since very disappointing that the service is paid for but the pictures cannot be viewed.

App is great when it isn't crashing, which is constantly. Worked fine in the beginning, now it won't open without crashing. Fix this garbage, it's not like there aren't other options out there that work better. Over a year later, 1/22, the app works when it wants to which goes hand in hand with the camera itself. Can't delete pictures, app works when it wants to, crashes at random. Camera takes semi decent pictures in the daytime, night pictures are black. I won't make this mistake again.

For an entry level cell cam, I am happy with the overall experience with it. However, people should be given better information regarding battery consumption, and lack of ability to pull in a signal with the antenna that comes with it. Picture quality is fair over All and the video features are equal to the pictures. Customer service/support once you get someone is well appreciated, but it would be nice to get to said person more easily.

The app is trash and so is the EXO camera. I'm going to be returning it. I have it along with another brand on the same tree. I walked out in front of it testing it and it did capture some pictures, but not sending me notifications. I can click on the app and it will pull the pictures up. I got a notification from my other camera a few nights ago and had pictures of deer. No notification from the EXO. So k click on the app and no pictures. I had great hopes the EXO would outdo my other camera,.

I have been paying the monthly fees and about the first 8 months everything was working smooth but these last seven months I can't sign in or log in paying the monthly fees for nothing have called an old tree to reset everything next time I try to log into the same thing I think I'm just going to pull the plug and go with a different company

App seems to work good. Can't say the same for the camera... Admittedly, the cellular service out here in my pasture is not great, but my phone works fine; but for a camera that's supposed to be put out in the boonies, it won't connect to the cellular service or server. But they got my $89 for the camera, and $130 for the service. Not happy. Update: Ok, the camera kinda works now. At least it's taking pictures! App still good, and that's what it's all about. So, at least it's working, Happier...

Needs work. Not a well polished app. Parts are ok and others you get hung up in. After using app for a month and thru deer season I've found a great deal of the problems where that I just needed to be more familiar with the app and camera settings. App rates a 4 - 41/2 stars now from me.

Another update and the App still sucks. All I get us whiteout pictures. APP still crashes on HD pics.....Not worth the expence at this point I will fina a different Camera. You need to fire your app developers entirely! And don't make the cameras in China.....the quality sucks!

I like it, keeps a lookout for bears and other critters around my hives and remote entrance. Consistent responce to activity. Excellent customer service. Probably are features I'm not familiar with.that could activate a picture remotely and at will. I really like current remote changes of other features.

Camera isn't updating... It's set to 12 hour intervals. And I have yet to get a upload. Ran multiple tests and cannot even manually get the photos. It's time is even stuck on the wrong time. Signal strength 100% and the batteries are 100% 24 hours after dropping it on a location. Not really amused. Esp when I know it's gotten images.

Camera even on least sensitive settings still captures most pictures of nothing. It to me has not been worth the cost of the data per year. As of today it has not taken a picture at all in three days and probably won't until I go turn it off and back on I guess it reboots.

The app is ok the xv6000 isn't. It's probably the cell signal but my phone works just fine. Same network same tower. I got 3 refurbished WV for cheap I'm about to deploy maybe they'll work better. I'm also gonna try the recommended batteries and keep moving it till it works. Can y'all please make it to where we can have multiple logins to the same account so my dad who's property it is can also view the data and get push notifications. Thos have stopped working for us both as well....

Started off well now out of five cameras I have one that works three that do not and one that takes green pictures. The pictures at night are very dark or blacked out a lot of times. Would have loved to have seen them work better I have not got any response to these problems from Moultrie.

Sends all white pictures. I've contacted support and they tell me to just delete the app and re-download it. I have done so several times, plus put new batteries and a new SD card just in case, and I'm still receiving all white picture. Wouldn't recommend this item.
