A Good way to talk with your doctor. See your exam and test results. Get a quick answer most of the time. This can alevate worry. Excellent. Thank you for this.
Worthless app. You must fill in personal info re: medical history & current medications before proceeding. Once I completed my profile, the only feature is to make a visit with an on call doctor. They should model their app after NYU MyChart, which is fabulous. There, you can access your visits, send a msg to your doctors, review test results including labs & radiology reports. It's a total waste. I have since uninstalled it. You are better off going through Mt. Sinai mychart website.
Very informative, extra cool when connected to "MY Chart" as response time is brisk and direct to the point.

Every public health care service should be part of this app. It saves time and links information to all the doctor's involved.
Logging in, it saids there is no account for the information provided. But when I log into it on the website, it's fine.
total waste. Im admitted to sinai in Brooklyn ny. after filling out all the info all it lets u do is view everything you put in. Nothing else!!! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
Awful, doesn't remember your log in details and there's no way to skip without calling the main hospital telephone number
This is not the real app. Do not download. The real mychart app has a red icon.
I have now waited 1hour 20 minutes and still waiting for a provider to connect, will update review if I decide to wait long enough for someone to connect.
Why the F do we need an app just for My Sinai when every other place uses MyChart and makes it easier for patients.

Great hospital, great app.
Do not use!! You will receive bills because doctors are out of network. I would not have used this service if I knew that doctors used by Mount Sinai were out of network. Now I'm on the hook for hundreds of dollars.

Impossible time to access YEAR OF BIRTH! GREAT IDEA but make applying information appropriate.
Useless. First step is to enter your name and date of birth. It then tells me that the info is incorrect. No! It's not! App won't do anything without that data.
The 1.0 version was buggy but I could access and print data. The update is not working -- it doesn't recognize my credentials even though I used the older app version for at least 2 years. Help?
