Mountain Mike's Pizza

I used the app for the first time everything went smoothly. The app automatically applied my discount at check out. I was worried because the page before said, if you enter your discounts here they will not be applied, but it all worked out. I read complaints about entering the date of birth. I almost made the same mistake, but if you tap where it says the date it will let you select the year first, then you click through the months, then the day. Easy & fast.

this app is developed by a company called Level Up..Level DOWN is more like it. Garbage development from the team that has known about an issue I've had for almost a year and it's not been addressed. A gift card given to me by one of the general managers of this company never shows up on the payment screen. Also multiple other UI/UX issues which I have reported to them that have still gone unrepaired. You're better off using their direct website or calling. Uninstalled and NEVER using again. 👎

The overall layout of the app seems pretty good. Didn't like that you have to enter card info to see the menu. I also didn't like that there isn't an option to enter coupon codes anywhere in the checkout process. Ended up ordering from somewhere else because of this.

not great. I gave it two stars cuz it did work once before, but now it doesn't. I enter my zip code, turn on my location or type in my city, and nothing worked. I was craving a mtn Mike's pizza too, but needed it delivered. I actually ended up going with a different chain here, because of the frustration with the app. I didnt even feel like calling in my order to them anymore.

All I wanted was to save a few bucks and order some pizza. I downloaded the app and tried to plug in the coupon I got in the mail, no can do. So, I jump on the website, but it won't accept the login I made in the app. I can't even do a password reset, it tells me to make a new account because I am a first-timer. Well, the website has no account creation tools, only directing to the app stores. HOW CONVENIENT.

The app is not working anymore. Nothing happens when I type in my zip code to get a location. Of course, if it just kept me logged in, this step could be optional only if i did not want to use my default location. Based on other recent reviews, it seems this started happening recently. Not good for business!

Terrible app. I got some coupons in the mail and decided to see if I likes anything on the menu. But you can't even view the menu from the app without adding your credit/debit card)? So many things wrong with this app, I never liked your pizza because it's overpriced cardboard- thought I'd give it a chance but nevermind.

Awful. No coupons or deals when ordering using the app, everything is full price. My local restaurant has no clue on how to allow for in-store payments using the app's "Pay" feature, and there is currently no way to get rewards points or visit credits either. Hard to imagine this app being any more worthless than it currently is.

Unable to log in. I already have a Mountain Mike's account, but the app redirects me to create a new account when I enter my existing account's email address. Website lets me log in just fine. Uninstalled the app, because there's no point in using it.

The app layout is glitchy, counterintuitive, and doesn't allow me to look at or apply a coupon to my order(even after a reinstall). At this point, the app is completely useless to me.

This app has gone from useful to trash. It used to be you could order a pizza and pay when you pick it up. Now, you have to load money onto there account to order. If you're balance falls below the minimum, they charge your credit card. You always have to keep a balance. I'll bet they keep any accrued interest from holding your money.

Used to work well, no issues logging in, coupons were in the app, prices were good. Now i had too try to loggin 3 times. No coupons, tried to get me to sign up fir a gift card that was so confusing i just cancled it and 34$ for 1 large pizza? Screw off, hope the confusion and extra cost works compensates for lost customers, i have easier cheaper options.

Downloaded and signed up. Had to put my birthday in and there's no option to type it in or skip to the year. Some of us were born 40ish years ago and I had to swipe month by month! Must have a card on file! Why? I will not use this until app until those things change along with the coupon complaints. I'll just sign in on the website where I can get coupons and type in my card number without saving it! Contact me when changes have been made.

The older app version was better. I've order twice on the app, and I've been overcharged on both times. One of my totals was $22 and when I see my account it was $26. I will stick to doing orders on the browser because the new app is overcharging.

Lacks the very basic option of removing a topping. I don't like mushrooms, for instance, but the options are regular, extra and light. Based on other user reviews and lack of updates, comments are not being reviewed by the developers or corporation.

I like the rewards. I can choose which to use when I need them. Great offers. Easy to use with my gift cards. Super convenient when ordering for delivery. So far, a really stellar experience!!!

In all honesty I was using this app at least once a week. Then about 3 months ago it could no longer find my location. It was around the time it had an update so I figured it would get fixed. Yet here we are still not fix. If it was fixed I would start using it again. The app is simple and easy to understand for the most part.

I used to use this app on a daily basis almost to buy my personal pizza and salad with a drink on my lunch breaks. Mountain Mike's Pizza has single-handedly destroyed this app in every way shape and form requiring you to input credits on their app and no longer allowing pay in store as an option which is complete b*******. Just go to the website and use that cuz they still have all the options that they decided to strip away from this app like retards

Tried to order using the app. Would not process my order. Stated card had error. Fixed the error (zip code) and it was still not going through, but got an alert from my bank that was processing the payment. Called Mt Mike's. Ivan said that I have to call corporate to get it resolved, that did not receive the order. Manager was not on site. So I had no good and a charge on my account. Called my bank and they reversed the charge. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD APP!!

It would have went a lot smoother if the add coupon feature wasn't removed. I had to order from the site as a guest instead. Please fix this!

Horrible app can't even call and get specials anymore because they direct you to the app that just doesn't work. I mean if this is the route and future of mountain Mike's I guess I'll go roundtable

Worthless unless you enter your credit or debit card information. You can't even order anything and pay in person without storing a card.

I tried to sign up to order a pizza but i kept getting a message saying my email address was invalid. After 4 attempts i gave up. What a disappointment.

Good pizza terrible app. Go in the store or just call and pick it up. Has coupons in the app but they cannot help you to achieve the discounts. Super old styling of click click cluck cluck app.

Feels like the app is designed to make you waste extra time. Promotions dont work either and managers dont know how to fix their problems.

Annoying. Logged all in just to find zero coupons and the $5 reward does not apply when checking out and no way to do so. Lame.

Unable to use coupons at least have the code shown so I can use them on the website. And the reset after going back is extremely frustrating

I'm trying to use my bloody rewards, but for it to crash every single time I click a menu option. Its ridiculous

I do not want to use a CC. I want to pay when I pick up.... can't see a menu without CC.

App won't even let you look at menu to decide what you want to order without giving them your credit card info. No thanks. I will go order from Round Table and pay for it when I pick it up.
