There was 1 day that I was "sort of" able to see how many personal training sessions I had left by using this app. That's because another page was partially superimposed over what I wanted to see. It's horrible- I was looking forward to being able to see how many personal training sessions I had available and to be able to track my workouts. But I can't see anything and only Mountainside knows how many sessions you have left. I'm lucky I have a trainer who is willing to find out for me. I'll never buy mega sessions of personal training again. Too frustrating and this app is a waste of time.
This has to be the worst application I've ran across! It periodically resets itself and looses my login and password info. Have to re-register but asks for agreement number and barcode! Who knows this! if I could I would give it less than 1 star. it deserves a negative Star rating! Plan to stop using it!
I always have a problem with this app. the bar code doesnt work so i have to uninstall the app and then download again for it to work. it freezes up often while browsing classes.
Updated from previous review. I received an email the next day from a rep who was able to fix the login issue. Thank you! Check ins seem to also be fixed. Lots of good potential, but too many things are not functional at this point. Thank you for the help, Emily R!
App doesn't allow me to check in. It says I'm past due on payment when I'm current. Making a payment is the only feature that works. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, no success.
Cannot change your password from this BS app. Takes too long to load classes and until it does this, you can't navigate. It sucks.
It's a guessing game on what the classes are since they never have it up and ready or it's glitching. This is far and away the worst app I have on my phone.
never works. ive reset my password 10 times. works on website but never on app. also i log in on website and it goes to planet fitness!!! all messed up
Can't seem to get the class schedule to display next week...keeps skipping 2 weeks out! Highly frustrating as I was looking to plan my week.
doesn't always want to work. this app has been selective and I have employees from there that agree. needs improvement but works well enough.
Crashes constantly, trouble loading, etc.....needs updates and fixes ASAP!
This app needs a refresh button, the class schedules get greyed out and you can't do anything it needs to have a refresh
Just got the app for the first time in July. Works great. Use it to book classes, mainly
always logs me out and and won't let me login. it never displays my personal training or classes properly making me think they're not scheduled when they are
Can't login after update. Recovery email sends a recovery password...which also won't let me login.
It keeps crashing.. I have not been able to use it at all

Need my agreement number AND barcode to create a profile?? Who knows their agreement number!? Can't login or see anything at all

Holy hell. This app is so terrible. The app login credentials are different from your official Mountainside web browser account management. The app fails to update profile information. Registering new accounts is so aggravating. We have a couples plan so I have two usernames associated with one email address. Apparently there was no forethought put into this situation so now I am unable to retrieve/reset password for one of my username accounts. It keeps directing me to reset the password for one of the users and not the other. The company that developed this app and is hosting it needs to be fired immediately and start fresh. Maybe third times the charm with your late entry into the modern society with an app for your customers!
App doesn't work unless if you agree to every single permision your device can take. Like why would they need to read and send SMS messages, location info, my pictures, and camera? Cannot login after registering either. Login is username, not the email like the app says. 100s more issues. Too many to list. Can't book a class either. Can't add to calendar.
I just don't like that the app doesn't explain what everything does and how to use each part. I don't really understand how to navigate it certainly parts and it's annoying that there's nothing to explain it.
Won't let me sign in on New phone and just want to see a class schedule. Way too much info is needed to look at schedule
Worst app I've downloaded. The only thing it's good for is looking at the class schedule, and that's when it occasionally displays the correct date. Sometimes (like today) the calendar shows Dec 1, but the classes listed are from a week ago. Also only let's me "enroll" is a class about half the time. Usually get an error that it's too early, when its tomorrow. I've never been able to use other features, none of them work.
