The watch works just fine but the app is lacking and is very basic. I would expect more from Movado. The app makes it feel like Movado is a cheap company. All you get is a line with your target and another line that doesnt even show how many steps you took. The apps for MUCH cheaper watches are 100% better. You need to make it so you can review your steps in more depth. This app is going to make me return the watch.
Syncing can be problematic. Also, integration with a health app like Google Fit would make this watch ao much better. This app simply needs to help enable more functionality, and there is no reason why it doesn't. More stars with some of these improvements.
The app does not work! I have tried and tried to connect. My watch use to connect...It is very frustrating to know that if the app does not work neither do the features on your phone😳😡!
Watch connects to phone but notifications are not sent to watch. Updating watch was difficult. Worst of all, the most prominent icon in the app is the "shop" icon because that's all Movado cares about - redirecting users to shop online. FAQ is useless.
Obviously people are stupid and don't know how to use an app. For the one's bitching about the Note 20 and it doesn't work are wrong. I have a Note 20 and it works great. Sync up the watch while it's charging. Took me less than 5 mins. If you don't know how to use the technology...don't buy it.
COME ON MAVADO! This is garbage! Not one single positive review. I held out for 5 months before I bought this watch. But I trusted the name and pulled the trigger. Got it to pair just fine with my Samsung S10 but was SUPER DISAPPOINTED to discover I can't even answer calls on this VERY expensive phone! Then I purchased the note 20 and now I cant get my watch to pair. I'll be contacting you in the morning and I expect a FULL REFUND!
Its terrible!!! I feel very disappointed after investing on this smartwatch I was really expecting more with the price paid is such a waste of money It doesn't work with all Android phones specially with Samsung.
When i had a note 10 the app worked fine. When i upgraded and switched to the note 20 now the app doesn't work at all. This watch cost a lot of money, and now i can't use it. Pissed 😤😡
unable to connect with the watch. I made several attempts and finally I quit. this class of watch deserves better software support. if I negative feedback number available I would apply
It disconnects often. Really wish I could link it with the other workout apps I use. I'm not impressed. I see why they discontinued this model
Should give it a damn 0....nice looking watch but can't even hold over a nights battery life....the tag is still on and is going back today....what a waste of money....nice looking watch but everything else nope!!!
Unable to connect. It is a beautiful watch but there is no "smart" functionality.
I have to keep uninstalling and re-installing the app once it loses a connection with the ⌚ Movado should have rethought who did their software cuz hp will always stand 4 hackard packard

Horrible pairing sequence. It should not take forever and a day to connect. This really hurts the name and character of the Movado watch.
Garbage, im really disappointed with Mavodo. As much money as i paid for this watch i was expecting it to be able to connect to the app. What was i thinking
Pairing is a nightmare. This foray into a smartwatch is an epic failure. Won't pair with Samsung but will with Motorola.

When I first bought watch it connected to app now 5 months later it can't get it to pair. $750 watch and this is how their app works?? Im so pissed.

I hate this stupid app. Never connects. I'm gonna smash this Movado bold bs with a sledge hammer. If I was able to smash hp app, I would too. Worst ⌚ I've purchased ever.... period.. I'm just gonna tell everyone not to buy Movado anymore, they are 🐕🦺💩. I've been a long time buyer, and I'm now switching to other smart watches. ✌out.

I didn't think {hp.inc} is Mavado, and to find out it is. I kinda love my watch but wish they had bigger bans, and let you buy aftermarket. This coming from Mavado is someone dropped the ball! First time ever seeing all bad reviews.

Connecting is very annoying. It never works and when it does you can never turn your bluetooth off because it wont pair again. This really isn't acceptable for an expensive luxury brand. I expected more.
