The app doesn't seem to have any option to share feedback on a completed trip always. Sometimes it shows other times it doesn't. Improvement is also needed in terms of sensitivity to touch. SOS just goes off if not used also. Many things can be improved.
Terrible scheduling and even worse customer support. Either they have an outdated routing software or they don't bother to look into complaints. It's a pain to use this to commute to office!!
I am using this app from long time. Very good and user friendly. But since few days the is not working on my mobile, showing just empty white screen. Tried uninstalling, cleared cache but no use. Can you resolve this issue. Yes, the app had same issue today again
The time showing for each passenger is wildly off and creates confusion. The cabs that's why are often late. The map also does not update on several occasions. It is very diffcult to even contact the driver.
Always crashes. Please maintain good quality in updates when ever it gets update then the app crashes. This make people to login again and login process is a infinite loop with many attempts. Not sure what goes wrong every time.
The App just opens and shows the default page and then it becomes unresponsive. The app doesn't move anywhere to book slots or to book rides. Tried clearing cache and data as well but not working.
With recent update, it always says " internet connection is not available" where as rest all applications are working. I tried to reinstall app and same case , no matter if you are connected via phone or wifi. I have screenshot as well, but here is no option to upload
Worst experience.OTP is received on 1st login.but after some time it again prompts for OTP but the OTP is not delivered through SMS or on email ID as well.Tried turning on/off aeroplane mode,still not working.It only works if the cache data is cleared (which works as a fresh login) and have to repeat the same steps after some time.Team you need to fix this as this had been observed for Android devices.
Everything was cool, but recently I relocate to a new area, so I updated my address in my official portal as well. But in this MoveinSync app my previous address is highlighted, not the present one's. So its been more than 2 weeks, still remaining same. Can I get my new address to be highlighted in the app, because there we cannot edit, no option though.
No attendance due to missing QR at desk + tool won't allow me shift to different seat.. and no one knows what to do and how to fix it! Edit, post most recent update app won't load even, i have tried both cell phone data and hispeed WiFi, no error no warnings just black screen..
App worked for 2 weeks perfectly. Now it stopped completely. Only the logo screen comes up after that nothing happens. Enabled all permissions.... Uninstalled and installed... Cleared cache and everything. Still same problem. I am using one plus 5 model
Sudden lag and slowness. Each tap takes practically 30 seconds to be reflected. Has incorporated tremendous slowness after the last update. Improper release mostly. Very inconvenient.
What to rate the app...my app is not working from last 3 to 4 days. I can't roster my cab at all. I uninstalled and installed it again but it's of no use. I think you guys don't have some little sense to respond to email queries. Try to respond to mails and get app fixed. I believe you guys are like useless in working towards betterment
Works app ever. Does not work properly for anything. When I enter details at login it doesn't store them in my profile. Niether lets me update any details post login. Very bad experience.
Markers added on map are hay wired,3 km off target. No option to edit it. From last 3 days app is not able to start. Even reinstallation did not work. Frustrating user experience.
App not able to verify my phone/email on my Oneplus 6 (Android 11) when connected to wifi network. When I submit my phone number or email address and click Verify, it throws an error "Something went wrong. We are looking into it. Please try again after some time."
App won't load after latest update. Just a loading screen. Haven't been able to use the app for 2 days. Tried uninstlling and rebooting phone. Please make the older version of the app available
This app is very Frustrating for me.. It does not open in my phone after several update and restart, so because of that I am missing my booked Transport.. Itvs very frustrating.. Canvt provide a single rating Please look into it.
Not sure what updates were given to the app now it is always giving internet connection error though I'm connected to one. It's very irritating to uninstall and restart my phone multiple times to make app work.
Worst experience. The transport department itself doesn't manage timings of shuttles or cabs properly. Pickup time will be always more than 30min and sometimes 40 to 50mins than estimated/ planned pickup. And when I got to complain on this repeated issues, that so called CALL IHD never connects, 24*7 it's busy. Your app doesn't make our life easier instead making it disgusting and frustrated.
