Have an android and none of the picture functions seem to work. Am taking pictures but theres no option to actually use the picture... the only thing left for the app is sharing my code and social media links, which I will most likely use it for, but I dont need the app for that. Let me know when the issue is fixed and I'd be happy to give a better rating!
Each year I download this app, and each year after 2weeks I uninstall it. Because it keeps crashing. You also need to be able to change and resize your profile photo, as your mo gets stronger. This version does not allow you to shrink the photo into the frame
I only use this app for a month each year. However, since applying the latest upgrade, it crashes on startup. I can do everything I need to on the website except update my mo-gress. Samsung K-zoom Android Thank you (Randy?) for responding to my review. I too am a very old version (1951) but at least manage to start up every morning. While upgrading my operating system may not be an option, hopefully by MOvember 2019 I will have upgraded to a new phone altogether :-{
Great organization, terrible app. The photo function does not work. In order to upload photos, they have to be taken in the camera app and uploaded that way, and even then, it fails 6/10 times. The time lapse function is also broken. Very unfortunate
Wow! Way more difficult to use this year. No guide for the Mo tracker, turns photos taken on my phone in portrait to landscape, taking a photo for the Mo tracker is b/w with no processing options,labels are way too big...geez...what's going on? Am I missing something?
The app continues to disappoint. The Strava syncing option for moves worked randomly for a few runs and has since stopped working again. The daily mo tracker photo has also mysteriously removed a number of my photos, ending my attempt at capturing a daily image for Movember . I will be uninstalling the app as it is largely ineffective.
Literally cannot get the app to let me log in. It recognizes me via FB log in as well as welcoming me back using email instead but either way, it absolutely will Not let me log in (Android) so it's pointless either way I try. :( I've used this app every year for years but remove it between uses and have never encountered this serious of a problem with it before now.
Awesome app for awesome cause ... team movements not reflecting on the app of GalaxyS9+, if you could have a look at this please. Then the Mo-Tracker movie if it could use photos from gallery of the app, for some reason when you use the camera function and add to gallery, you can't see those photos to make a Mo-Tracker movie. Finally you can't download the photos from the app gallery. 5 stars because you guys are awesomeness
A great idea and some functions are good, but the photo taking and fully update functionality is not working. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Email sent to request assistance.
App just updated. Why remove the mo'tracker face outline, was working great, I have 7 days of the same photo, but after yesterdays photo the timelapse will be all over the place with no reference point to use.
Disappointed in the app as I cannot take pictures and Apple devices have additional filters to such Day x. It is a shame that this is mot working for such a great cause and the android app is creating a bad experience.
This app is rubbish, it is hard to use, no clear way to save photos (for some reason I can't save photos I have posted to my page...) I can't get a link to my page anywhere on the app. This really needs some serious work! Here is hoping people don't use it as an excuse not to raise funds for this awesome cause. Luckily I am just going to the web page on my phone.
The basic functionality works OK, but the mobile app will not show all of my team and just recycles the page as I scroll down. Large parts of the website do not work, unless you are using Chrome
Today the red guide for taking daily motracker photos is gone. It just opens the regular camera with the stickers, which makes it hard to take photos that line up with the others.
Disappointed with the app, as part of a team it does not upload my activity to the teams page. IOS version for iPhone has a slide bar at the bottom of the move page to enable you to share to the teams page - sadly missing from the android version
The image and camera handling is unusable, there is no final step to save or post. Images from gallery are rotated with no option to fix.
I love your organisation and have been doing Movember for a while but your app is the most broken app I have ever seen. Please fix I cannot log in, it says I am logged in but then kicks me out.
Dont get me wrong, I love movember but this app is poor for 2021. I cannot sign in this year through the login process. Keeps on trying to sign me up then realises that I already have an account. Come on , I want to get my MoSpace cranking!
Moves does not update, distance remains at zero. Distance also does not keep up to date with Strava even though it says it is connected.
The app just gets worse, try to start a new year and have to manually go through and delete all my old photos and moves to start fresh. I know this is a charity event and I don't expect too much but the app gets worse every year
It's clean and pretty basic, makes it may make it easier to enter my moves, but I expected it to link to my fitbit app.
It's not a bad app but pretty limited and get the moves to sync with Google fit, c'mon, it can't be that difficult
Much better than the website. Really runs good this year. In previous years it would not give you credit for mail in checks and money orders.
Love the movember foundation, but this app is terrible, and although there are new updates that come out annually in about september/October each year, it never seems to get to an expected level of functionality. Highlights with the current update: 1) hitting "donate" on my page donates to the foundation alone, rather than my campaign; 2) the link generated from "share"/qr code results in a 404 error; 3) access to my account info from the app is still non-existent. Please fix the app's UX.
