Available features: 1) Slow motion and fast video playback; 2) Step-By-Step (frame-to-frame) forward/backward video playback; 3) Zoom and pan of displayed video; 4) Use device's accelerometer for a video's forward or backward playback; 5) Specify a frames range and a crop area for your concentration on the important part of chosen move; 6) Store specified frames range and a cropped area from an interested video into an animated GIF (no more than 300 frames) or the video formats 3GP, AVI, FLV, MOV or MP4; 7) Create and edit a list of yours favourite files (up to 200 items); 8) Automatic storing a list of recent opened files (up to 20 items); 9) Downloading files from WWW by URL; 10) Downloading video from YouTube by identifier; 11) Save frame picture.
Supported input file formats: GIF, 3GP, ASF, AVI, FLV, MKV, MOV, MP4, MPEG, MPG, TS.
Supported video encoders: GIF, H.263, MPEG4, H.264.
Supported output file formats: GIF, 3GP, AVI, FLV, MOV, MP4.
Important notes: 1) Audio isn't supported because it doesn't make sense at the slow motion or frame-by-frame playback; 2) Because of the use of software video decoding, the videos with a frame size more than 640x480 pixels can playback more slowly than original video's framerate.

Works great on my phone goes frame by frame. It save the frames in png quality. I can scroll the video or input a time count and save the frames to certain folders. I can zoom in and out zoom and pan and one simple button to return to normal position to get the exact frame. Finally found the app after trying 15 or 20 apps this one is it. Great job developer. Easy to use. This app is well constructed. đđđ
There is lot of option which I was finding. but giving 2 star only to not user frendly intrrface.no video thumbnail to make diificult to find video. Open a video is very diffucult, everytime u have to find folder of ur video and many more...
Good concept. Alas, View by touch doesn't work well, especially when trying to rewind... Needs more sensitivity for touch!
Could you add a timer functionality that would count either from the beginning of the video with current time of date.. Or which could count from a specific point in time with either time of date or duration from the point? Thanks!
Only black screen? You have to update the player boss.. Just uploaded here... I have to search now alternative.. both Step by Step player and Move Player are your brands, without any changes... Why so? Uninstalling.....
It's a little complicated to you get used to everything at first. But other than that it hasnt crashed or anything yet. It does what it's supposed to do and does it well
For years , this is the best one , no sound ,that is ok.. it's still the best

It is so hard to find an app to watch a video frame by frame and do full resolution captures. This one does it. The interface could be modernized.
Controls are slow to respond, hard to see, and not intuitive. There must be an app out there that works just like a dial on a VCR to instantly go forward and back frame by frame, but with videos already on your phone (SKLZ doesn't)
This use to work for most of my tablets before but now I can't even get it installed in Lollipop (Both 5.0.2 and 5.1.1). I'd rate this higher is a new version gets released with a fix for the later editions of Android.
After i update this app, the player only plays 668 ms of the videos...whyy ??? Pleaase help us...i really love the old version. Im using samsung note 3
Eccelent for what it does.better than apps with million downloads. Suports slow no for HD 120 fps videos. Pure 10. Needs a bit of work on UI interface for better apearance. Works well on LG G2 4.4.2. Slow motion doesent drop frames like other apps. I really recommend for true sport analisys.
Of all of the mindnumbing media players you have bestowed your greatest accomplishment upon me. Frame by frame. That's all we wanted. You Sir, are the one who delivers.

First of its kind. Please add tutorial. Dark blue color is not a good appearance. About your format of work it may be best movie editor such as add text ,picture and many more. Once again tnx.
Would be nice if it had sound playing video
Does not work with front facing camera on tablets. Video is loaded upside down and can only be rotated 90 degrees. Works fine with back facing camera. Other coaching apps load videos correctly

There is no volume while watching video. Need good background, controllers image to identify. Distance between controllers is some big. Clear last open history option or ask on exit is needed
Best and most feature rich app on play store. I have tried other apps but they all crashed I think this is best player to play videos in slow motion. Playback speed can be reduced and increased accordingly. Give a shot I bet you won't regret. I am using this app on galaxy S4 and it works flawlessly.
I download gif files off google images of professional baseball player swings (Ken Griffey Jr, Albert Pujols. Etc) and break down their swing frame by frame. Needless to say, this app has contributed to my batting average raising from .290 to nearly .400
Downloaded app to analyze ballroom dance steps. Took only ten minutes to figure out all controls. Works very well. I use on Samsung note 10.1 icons could be a little larger but is a very nice interface. Speed increments are a little course but ok for what I will use it. Really like the gesture feature for forward and reversing frames, however the reverse gesture does not smoothly step on my tablet. great app!
This is exactly the kind of Android video player I've been looking for to review golf swing super-slow-mo video, but had given up - until discovering this. Nothing I've tried even comes close. Works great on GS4. Extremely full featured - and all features work. Interesting UI - very accessible after a few minutes of discovery (the help pages really, um, help). I'm so happy with this app, I'm searching for the donation button to help keep this project alive. Please, please continue to develop this. 10 stars.
Seems to work ok on my LG optimus regard, but can't access settings menu. Crashes back to phones launcher. Fix and get 5 stars.
wow wow wow! after a dozen app trial, this one has fulfilled the requirements. commendable effort and idea. my 100/100 5 stars. thanx to make me happy. i am using it now for radiology reporting through video files where i require all the inputs you provided. "frame by frame", "real time frame like you swipe your finger in pause mode without need to lift your finger to see that frame and that too without lag", "[OPEN FILE WITH-] option when you are in file folder", rotation, frame click,..Wow.
