I really would like the actual onetouch move app back on the store. I woke up this morning with it completely erased from my phone and now I can not find anything to connect my watch back. I really want the app back. Please read the review and do something about it. I am struggling to focus with my fitness and everything now as it has now all disconnected from My phone. For people with Alcatel smartchwatches it makes it very difficult to adjust to stuff if the app they need is gone bringitbk
Hello, so this app is broken i guess. Just download onetouch move from google, it work for me. The problem is the app cannot connect to the watch, wich is the main function of this app. So why i should waste my time downloading this, I told you so you don't have to. I download the onetouch move from apkpure and it's work just fine for me. Thanks.
All of a sudden the app has stopped working. It auto logs out and doesn't allow to log in anymore. Tried resetting the password, but the validation code doesn't appear on the given email id. Guys, you genuinely need to fix this issue asap. Causing a lot of problems.
It just doesnt let u register as the validation code is never sent so cant even use the app. I have tried to email the developer at the email provided here but id doesn't seem to be working. I emailed TCL support but haven't got a call yet. This is the wors't product and worst support service. Brand new product doesn't work, support doesn't exist. Absolutely pathetic. I am returning the watch.
I used to use an official app for this around 2015 worked flawlessly. After 5 years the one touch app seems to have gone and this has replaced it? I can't connect my watch anymore. The app finds it, and then it just says "connect your watch" and nothing else happens. Let down because the watch itself is great
Was having the same problem connecting to my watch as many people have reported. However, I searched for the older Move app and found it at ApkPure. I installed it and can now connect to watch and all of the features appear to be OK. App also prompted me to install firmware update onto my watch and that worked ok too.
Completely featureless app. Contains none of the features i expected. For some apps it uses the wrong app icon while showing notifications. Some apps notification is not even supported, like sms app.
I am getting the following error in the trace folder. It looks the app does not support certain version of Android. Java.lang.IllegalStateException: Not allowed to start service Intent { cmp=com.alcatel.movetime/.wifiwatch.common.CoreService
Worked fine first time. But after reinstalling app it was impossible to login. Did reset password 10 times or so. Still could not login. Without the app watch is just an expensive toy...
Movetime Smart watch is good itself But no new updates are given. Further, there are limited watch faces and no new watch faces are added. I wrote to customer care and called but shameless people never answered. These shameless people also don't respond to the reviews. Please don't buy TCL Move time smartwatch. There are cheaper options which have hundreds of watch faces!
Previously the app which we used work flawless but when it replaced with new app, the watch not getting pair with Mobile. Without pairing the device watch is meaningless. Please tell the way to work with.
Everytime I want to change the watch face using the app, I need to uninstall the app from the phone and reinstall the app from the app store. I've done this more than 10 times and am sick and tired of it.

I can't connect to my alcatel to go watch.. All my setting is out... How come this update don't support my 2015 watch. My watch is working fine....
It didnt let me do anything i couldnt use the facebook login or twitter login and i couldnt register it took me back to the terms and agreements. Best use the alcatel move apl its much more useful
Seriously I could not sign in or register my new account and while I am registering I cant write @ sing it self the app is going worst pls resolve these issues humble request

Its getting worst day by day... Need an improvement in OS like other watches. Send an update via mobile app. It'll help users for better.
Terrible application. Asks for a lot of personal data, then cannot connect to watch.
It will connect only when the app is open.. such a worst communication.. I need immediate rectification...

It say connected to the phone, but when i go back to the main screen it's not connected. Why???
Had to factory reset my phone and when I tried to login again in the app, it just won't succeed authentication.I tried recovering my password, to no avail. the sign-in code to validate never gets sent at all. Can't sync my smartwatch to my phone besides basic bluetooth hosted by smartphone. What happened? even a week ago everything was completely fine and working.
