On first downloading the app seemed clunky, but after getting used to the way the graphics work it is a really good photo fx editor. As stated by previous reviews it is not a "movie fx" app, but suits my needs with the range of stickers available.
Not animated. It's basically putting stickers (that dont move) on your photos. I wondered why Google Play suggested it as one of the options for movie effects. Then I figured it out. They were baited by false title of "movie effects" - stick with lumyer, fx guru, zstory, and vimage. All of them actually didnt lie and you can animate your photos into gif or mp4s. Dont fall for this joke of a title. Picsart has thousands of stickers for your pictures. Stay away from misleading apps.
First thoughts were App is cool but add some pretty stuff like rainbows and butterfly's angels whatever. That would make it so much better and to be able to change sticker contrast instead of background well was cool ....😭😕🧐until the app had the nerve to ask if it could write storage in permissions that's why it got a one
It's a nice for those who knows it's purpose, like me. If you're a professional editor, you would create wonderful movie scenes with the templates of effects or just by adding the effects to spice up a half-done movie poster.
Usless app that cannot even work at all. When i open it will be telling me that unfortunately movie effect has stoped.it can only edit photos not videos.i cannot adivice you to download at all
This is the best app i have ever seen in my life,i love this app Thanks to the creator,but i habe some little problem, I think if all the effect are moveable i would be better. This app is the best. Guys please i encourage you to try try and see for your self. it made my picture very nice and perfect. if i could send the pic i would have for you to see it when i was fighting with a gorilla 😂 and also standing in front of a dinosaur.very very nice app keep it up ;)
Can't even edit one photo without an ad popping up and resetting everything. Completely worthless.
It would be nice if its moving, for video editing not only photos cause they have alot of features that i really need for my vlog.

Many has said im such a good editor because of this app,Thanks to the creator who made this and i also pranked my friends or family some dragon stickers or fires and anything,I gave it 5 rate because of its amazing stickers,Its okay if the sticker is not moving i just want a fun or pranking others😍😍😍
It was a fun fun app. I made some pictures with it that my friends loved. It was easy to use. I liked the monster pictures. I made a picture of a T Rex in my back yard. Next time I took the dogs to the vet I showed him a picture of the lizard infestation in my back yard . He got a good laugh.

No LOADING PHOTOS AND VIDEOS APP DOES NOT FUNCTION OPEN IT ADS ADS THERES NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE APP ETC... THIS MUST HAVE BEEN CREATED BY A THIRD GRADER YES I SAID IT WAITED TEN MINUTES STILL VIDEO DOES NOT LOAD WASTE OF TIME.
When I tapped a picture and I pressed. It directed me to the crop right?? When I pressed the top right button......... NOTHING..... useless app
This app is awesome, I love how real it looks and I love scaring my friends. Although, it is only picture not video. Other than that, 5 stars✨
All you do is add stickers. I was expecting some type of video where it looks like a movie but no just some cheap app I don't recommend buying this.

Almost there, but when trying to save an image after adding elements it saves an image with the adjustment border of the last element.
I suppose give this invention 5 star because is a very good app, but the app doesn't save photo after editing

It's a fun app but it seems like when I put one of the little overlays in the upper right hand corner I can't save the image without activating the square that outlines the overlay ruining my image. So I can't actually do anything in the upper right hand corner of the image and save it.
