Movie Magic Multiplex

Quite smooth platform to access, select and buy tickets, only disappointed that they close the shows booking few hours before the movie starts. Also, need to fix some bugs that delay the loading time of pages sometimes.

Very very poor app. Ticket never gets uploaded on time. I did not get the ticket even after 8 hours of booking. Still waiting. The app is very slow. The only thing it accepts fast is payment for tickets, thats it. Highly dissatisfied.

worst experience ever! It's shows that the payment is successful but tickets are not showing in the app. And after the booking , in my order section there is written no records found :( VERY MUCH UNSATISFIED WITH THIS APP.

Not user friendly. Not able to see previous tickets. Poor design. When i book ticket, it shows no tickets found. Feels like app is in testing phase. Needs a lot of work.

Superb App and it's very easy to use for every one and if I used other app but they are charging additional cost approx 15-20 Percent and process is very lengthy so I would like to say thanks for this effort for jabalpur people and you are going to watch the movie with family then choose Movie Magic and this is very good multiplex for security point of view

Experience was mostly good . Old tickets vanished . . . . App looks unfurnished for some reason . A lot of development is possible .In love with the theatre . Apps needs overall improvement

Disgusting experience! Debited my money from bank account and didn't book my tickets. Don't know when and how will refund be issued. Don't use the app unless you'd like to get into unnecessary hassle.

Totally disappointing app. Once ticket is booked then the same is not available in app. No information is sent through email, sms or whatsapp. I have faced the same problem. Kindly improve the app otherwise problematic to costomers

it is a very bad app... after the payment is done the ticket doesn't show up.. help desk picks up the phone after one minute... OTP for registration takes a long time... help desk is not helpful.

Yes Very easy to book the ticket and we can also buy the food from this app and it was a new for my experience but you guys should give some discount on food items and no additional cost on tickets

So much bugs in this application.., doesn't accept payment, and if it does by mistake, then they won't confirm your ticket. Highly dissatisfied with Movie magic application. Book my show was a fantastic application but i don't know what's wrong with South avenue mall, Jabalpur. This app doesn't even deserve 1 star.

very poor app. doesnt work at all.. ppl plz dont download. we got our money deducted and haven't got refund. On contacting the team, they said the app is on trial basis drop one email at helpdesk for refund and money will be refunded. But till date we haven't got the refund neither the ppl give any response to the emails even the contact number given doesnt work. very very unprofessional. doesn't deserve even one star.

worst app....one of my friend tried to book a ticket of m.i.b. and money has deducted from bank account but ticket has not booked...and they just give you an assurance to refund the money but it wont happen... dont use it ...may be that is why bookmyshow has black listed movie magic from its app and website. please don't use it.

the worst app ever .....when i choose buy tickets it responds very slowly and after choosing the time when i click on choose seats the app gets hang... and nothing is shown after that .....this was the worst app ever i have seen in my life which keeps on hanging.......👎👎👎👎👎👎

i wish i had an option to give negative (–) rating. Book tickets through this app only if you want to get your money deducted n not get the actual tickets. Do not rely on helpdesk they are even worse.

Awesome app! The interface is very appreciable and beautiful. The fact that it doesn't charge any fees like BookMyShow is also a great thing. The booking process is very easy and I really like it.

Finally they sorted all the drawback the app had earlier. Used for two bookings in the last month. Convenient app . Still takes time for confirmation of tickets.

It's a great app but the problem is that tickets update late and after the show there will be no record of your previous tickets , please start mailing tickets as well , I hope you will try to solve such issues .

Interface can be improved much better, payments and tickets are also booked then confirmed seen in my booking much later.... Moreover if paytm movie tickets and payment meathods are included it would be much better..

It is a good platform to access, we can see The Movie Schedule as well as movie trailer and specially no additional cost and no need to visit SAM only for purchase of the movie tickets so thanks Movie Magic but still there's a space for improvement

worst app. never book a ticket using the app. booked 2 tickets for bharat on 3rd june 19. 600 rs was deducted right away and the screen went blank. i was lucky that i had taken a screenshot of the transaction id. as of 18/6 no refund has been processed. even after multiple complaints. hate movie magic. hope they die in hell.

actually it does not deserve even one star. unfortunately jabalpur does not have big franchise multiplexes like inox or pvr else this would hve been shut off. everything is worse quality visuals, sound as well as seating comfort.

very poor app...not working...just showing login page after that error error and error....no matter how many time you try...it showing error and error.....u r app is worst, just provide u r booking with BMS again

The worst app to book movie ticket. Amount debited from my Paytm but ticket not booked. I called them and they said our server having issue and asked me to raise ticket through email. its really a worst app and my 590 Rs is at risk.

No doubt it is a fantastic app and no additional cost on ticket so its very good and we can book the ticket every where in the cinema where we want but you have to work on marketing because jabalpur people is not aware about this app Thanks

It doesn't even start.. says some error.. and movie magic isn't coming up on bookmyshow also.. Even the schedule doesn't come upon misscall on their number.

money was deducted 2time and noo msg nothing reply comes by your side horrible app please do no book tickets by this app. and 4working day passed but didn't receive any refund and not a single message. want to file case on consumer court.

It don't charge convenience fee ♥️. I always use Movie Magic to book my tickets rather than Bookmyshow and Paytm app.
