Movie Manager does not stream actual movies.
Your data is uploaded to the cloud and attached to an authenticated email account on the device. So if you use multiple devices or upgrade to a new device your data will not be lost.

Needs a 3D option and a blu ray/3Dhav combo option. Also, would like to be able to quickly go to any letter I'd like by clicking on the letter headings. I have 500+ movies in this app and I either have to search the specific title or scroll thru a ton of movie listings. Also would appreciate it if sequels and series' were in order chronologically instead of alphabetically, so they aren't all out of order. Would be 5 stars if these were included in the next update.
If it was possible to manually add movies that are not in the database I would give a full 5 stars with enthusiasm!!! I love the scan feature but out of 86 movies catalogued so far, I have 10 that were NOT in the database. Please make the ability to add movies manually and take a picture of the cover art and I'd be thrilled!! I have over 5,000 DVD's and blurays that will be scanned in.
Great setup, would be amazing. But almost every movie I try to enter doesn't exist, and if it does its only saved the 2nd time I enter it.
Worked great at first but then it deleted everything we had. We tried to add our collection back in and it won't let us. Reached out to the developer and never heard back.
Please add a way to jump to a letter and a way to sort by type (dvd, blu ray, digital)
I have lost ALL movies that were saved in this app, and now I can't even access my account on the website. The odd thing is the video game app from the same company still works on the same device under the same username/password.
When I first downloaded this app you could shake your phone and it would pick a random movie. Now it won't do it. That was one of my favorite features.

Great for DVD's! I can't count how many times I've bought the same movie because I forgot I already had it! Never again! I would LOVE to see ability to list TV shows/series, books (maybe by ISBN?) and cd's too! Great job, thank you!
Barcode reader used to work. When are you going to fix this? Loved this app before. Just got the new update and most of my movie's are gone.
Great way to manage your personal movie collection! Latest refresh provides a new slick interface. Browsing my movie collection is a smooth and nice experience. Developer is very responsive to bug reports and feedback.
Before the update it told us how many movies we had in our collection. That is gone now and it would be great to have it back. Also it would be great if we can add different formats and tell us how many we have for each format and a grand total of all our movies.
Ever since the update my list is missing movies then, then when I go to add them and reopen the app. They're gone again. I'm done.
They need to make it easier to scroll down maybe by alphabet on the side. I had to type in over 430 movies because using the scanning function didn't work at all just said no results found... would aslo be nice if you could add notes with the movie like if you lent out a movie you could say who has it... all in all not bad just could be better maybe they'll eventually do some updates...
The database doesn't recognize a single barcode. I'm having to put in everything manually. Easier than excel but still inconvenient.
Slow when you have a lot of movies loaded. Need to be able to search or categorize titles. Need to be able to add movies that are not listed.
This app is nice, and simple... and has ALMOST all the features I like, just missing one feature; the ability to add television series.. I know the title of the app is "Movies" Manager, but I've seen other android app's with the title movie in it, that still allow you to add television series...Other than that so far I like the app, however I probably won't use it till the television series option becomes available, I think you will gain more users by adding that.
I like to buy random movies for my kids when I'm shopping and this app is perfect for keeping up with our collection.....no more buying a movie twice for me!!!

Looks promising. A check mark to indicate watched movies would be nice.
This is without a doubt the best movie organizing app that I have tried out so far. But it needs features. this app doesn't let me make my own custom movies especially when it can't find certain movies. It also doesn't let me change the cover art for the movies. Sometimes when I search for a movie, it finds it but with an foreign cover art that can't be changed. Please developer add these features. also try adding a feature that lets it sync with your pc for whenever you upgrade/replace your device.
Finally a way 2 organize & see my dvd's- not able to find a few movies & no tv shows. Would like to see more information on the movies,ie the stars, etc. Needs to be able to go sd card
Great for a free app. Upc database search needs a lot of work. More features like sorting options and picture uploads would be nice.
If it had a few more features this would be 5 stars easily. Need to be able to put in tv seasons, need a 3d option for 3d movies, need a watch button, and a loan feature so if you let someone borrow a movie you can put in who had it. Besides that this is one of the easiest apps to list movies! Looking forward to a update!
Of course there are some things that should be added. Like a back up option and to be able to add movies manually just to name a few. I like this layout better than the current app i am using. As soon as the back up option comes I will totally swap over my 1000+ movies but till then ill just keep an eye out for updates.
