Why does it take so long to verify purchase? It's been more than 1 hour since my confirmed payment until the time I wrote this review--yet I still could not access premium contents. My payment history is recorded but my profile status still shows "Free account". If the basic payment flow is not even close to decency, how'd you get people to invest to your platform let alone compete with other streaming app? And I haven't even started abt the loading time

Hy there. I didn't think that I subscribed to this app just to have so many connection troubles. It often had a never ending loading even if I had no problem with my internet connection. Hope you guys can address this issue soon. Thank you!

The worst apps ever, have subscribed and pay for premium packet. And It always difficult to connect to the apps, i cannot watch the show that i wanted to watch in time. Bring back my money. This apps is so bad. I'm so disappointed.

It took so long to move from one channel to another because we had to close and back to home page, if the app consider another simpler way to move from one to another tv channel this would be more convenient.

I can't login [specially click on Login button, isn't it button?], Please optimize this Apps to navigate using remote or mouse. Thank you.

I only have this app to watch live TV and it cannot even handle 720p without having to reload a million times and even 480p loads as if you're trying to play 8k. I also don't understand why you have to put a cast button if you don't actually have the feature. Please just put a higher subscription price and fix all the issues. I cannot believe a company a big as MNC does not have the budget to manage an app like this.

Stupid apps. Hang. We hv paid and bought the premium package. And still cant watch!! I bought 7 days package. Just 2 days, they said its expired alrdy and asked me to buy again. After i bought the package also cant watch!!

Really bad app. Can't even stream. How could you be error when you are the only streaming app for thomas cup? Really deserve 1 star. No way I would ever pay your subscription again

Update: had to dig through the menus to find a working link, but the feed this week was flawless. Great work guys. Keep it up

Very bad! Really terrible! I paid for the Premier package but there is always error and due to that, I am not able to watch my favourite drama! Why is it so terrible?? Customers bought Premier package but not able to watch at all! Even the tv channels are not working as well! There is error! Really dissapointed!

I can't watch video "Pada Zaman Dahulu", When I watched this episode showing ads and it just kicked Me out, please need to fix it!

Not easy to use, always showing server busy

After updating all the movie channel is gone. I used to watch movie channel when I'm not at home. Used to be same channel as I have at home on tvbox. Now it's different... Now what is the use of this app...

I can log in my iPhone and use Vision+ as per normal. But I cannot even do anything in the Android version. Anywhere I press it shows check connnection error message (Silakan check koneksimu)

No SMS verification sent. Tried several times.

Last update improve the ability to watch on TV using chromecast. It will be better if I can continue watching on TV if the app is running on the background. If I switch to another app, casting on TV will be automatically end. I hope the developer can fix this bug on the next update.

Very lagging and slow apps.

A quite impressive streaming apps. It streams a wide range of programs, local & international channels in a very good quality, less buffering. I can watch my favorite football match and other sports live in my mobile phone everywhere. No need to worry missing them anymore. Great!

Works very well - I like that fact that if the Internet connection is not stable, the picture quality degrades slightly instead of buffering and stopping. It would be perfect if a version for smart TV/STB was available - then it would be 5 stars.

No worries to miss. But the apps option setting too technical. For instance the resolution, I believe it's more understandable for most viewers if you label the options as "medium" and "high" not only figure the streaming speed.

One of my favorite streaming apps during pandemic. It keeps me updated with news program from local & international channels. Easy to use, clean interface, and lightweight.

For sport channel please add 1080p streaming.720p is...bad,right now people have more internet bandwith and speed compare to few years ago

Catch up TV not working, should be not updated to this version. Even i already subscribe MNCPlay and connect my ID to this application. I still cannot playback TV up to 7 day, now only can watch live show. Yes it is downgrade not upgrade. Already logout, login, and uninstal-reinstall application still cannot work.
