HORRIBLE APP! App doesn't allow me to buy tickets, it forces me into a browser that doesn't hold any of my preferences or rewards info, and worse yet times out so fast that I can't pick my seats, enter Stubs number, and payment info BEFORE TIME EXPIRES. THEN WHEN I LOG BACK IN, THE SEATS I WANT ARE STILL LOCKED OUT FROM MY PREVIOUS ATTEMPT!
Terrible App. Doesn't allow you to buy tickets nor shows personal info (easily looking up purchased ticket at least would have been nice). Most outrages thing, they charge 1.70 for every ticket you buy. This is crazy.
Didn't work first time out, required bluetooth for offers (really stupid), literally gave an error message stating that the app didn't do what it was designed to do; allow for the electronic purchase of tickets!
What good is having an app if it still makes me go log in to the website through my browser? It would be nice to be able to log unto the app to get my confirmation code for tickets instead of going to app, then being prompted to use my browser instead. Why even have the app? Uninstalled this right after I realized how bad it was.
If I have to use chrome to buy a ticket, then why am I using this app ??? Why can't I purchase in your app like I am supposed to ? Movietickets, your days are numbered now. You have gone and done a stupid move and your competition has not changed one bit. FANDANGO HERE I COME !!
This app and the website are terrible. I have been trying for over a month to create an account so that I may redeem my gift card, and nothing! Like other users wrote: the app redirects to the website to sign in/create an account and the site won't allow account creation.
was worried about the reviews but I downloaded this app, picked our movie tickets, created an account through the app like the directions online said. Then used my movie tickets gift card. we picked the tickets up at the ticket booth at the movies and we just got out. Everything went great.
why Why WHY did they neuter a perfectly good app? All of the useful functionality is gone. You can't purchase tickets in the app anymore. Instead, you are redirected to the browser. Why did you give the middle finger to all the users of your app?
Simply horrible app. Freezes constantly and doesn't allow you to complete your purchase.. fix the bugs and I'll be back
Pointless app. As soon as you open it receive a popup telling you to visit their website. It then redirects to your web browser.
Cant understand the point of this app? All it does is bring you to the website, so why have an app? I had to use movie tickets as part of ATT thanks so figured I would sign up for an account but this app is pointless. Fandango it is.
WOW. that's all I can say about the website and the app. then there's the fact that I can't even use these movie ticket giftcards at the AMC closer to us or at pretty much any nicer movie theater in my area. 👎👎
Currently, this app is just a portal to their website. So its not an app... You're better off just creating a browser link on your home screens.
Good layout and times are spot on for getting tickets ahead of time. Love this app for the accuracy and the format.
Convenience fee for every ticker, waste of $ app needs a crazy passwords. Times your purchases to less than 5 min. Taked too long to buy ticket for app redirects you to website.
what's the point of this app if all it does is redirect you to the movie tickets website to purchase tickets or to log into your account? why don't i just skip the middle man app and just go to the website directly?
Can't use gift cards unless you have an account. Can't create an account on app. Website doesn't work. So no account, so nothing works.
This app doesn't work much like the website on a computer. Wont let me buy tickets or maneuver the site at all. NOTHING WORKS!!!
I had to keep starting over when purchasing tickets due to I kept running out of time. The timer needs to be set for more time
Crashes constantly. Wouldn't use but the venue I wanted wasn't on anything else. Got my ticket and uninstalled immediately.
If the app is not functioning/working anymore just take it off of google play... if I wanted to be redirected to the website I'd just go to it myself.
Recently it has been saying CRITICAL ERROR and not giving me any details. I've uninstalled and reinstalled app but still doesn't work.
Work great till the last update. Can't look ahead more than a week for upcoming movies to buy tickets. Going back to Fandango.
This "app" is just a pop up screen that directs you to a website. Why even bother putting this out to the public.

Worst app.. Not sure how they are still in this business by delivering such a low quality app... Google should seriously think about bringing zero star option as I am forced here to select one star and this app doesn't even deserve that
Wouldn't display movies, upcoming or current. Wouldn't recognize my ZIP code.
Pointless. Cannot log into account, can't purchase tickets or do anything. Basically just redirects you to the website whenever you click on anything (and the website isn't to intuitive or feature-based either). Just a waste of storage space and Ram. Stick with Atom Tickets or Fandango or your Theater Chain's official app/website.
