App is great and the service is good but they lack customer support on their end. For all new providers be careful. If a client reschedules do not do anything until the app says otherwise or you will send your guys out there at the new time and have them told the job was cancelled. Even though it wasn't. You now then have to pay for 2 hours that Moving Helper says they are not responsible for and that the issue is between you and the client. Like who would drive out to a job that was cancelled
The app makes it hard to get to a customer's work order alot of times. It can be very slow and about 6 out of 10 times when entering the correct payment code it is denied. Also I keep being taken off of moving help now and I have to constantly go in and put it back to the "on" position. Another thing I don't like is the business' reply to reviews is not available for customers to see and it should bc it allows their side of the story when a negative review is placed ."contact us" is too short.
Useless. I didn't find how to save login credentials, need to reinsert password each time. No zone settings. Also what is the difference between "moving help now" and "same day service"? Website is more convenient than application.
Thank God I got Andrews number I really needed my SD 24/7 movers earlier two days ago. No thanks to this app I couldn't rebook but they came and 1 o clock, when they say 24/7 movers they mean it. Its a shame a client didn't pay for two hours extra and heard they helped release strap to put vehicle because he had no clue then refused to pay. They should of got a warning, at least because there great.
Did many moves for this company ,they don't respect the service providers ,they come with these excuses on why they can't help you ,never can get a live person on phone ,and they don't have an office so you can pull up and smack someone,they basically hide behind emails. They will have pop up charges and then say they don't know ,anything no one there does very unprofessional, only cuz there linked with u haul they get traffic, do not work for these people on this app you will be shorted pay ,
This company is very unprofessional. My husband has a moving company he is starting up in Pensacola florida and have been told about moving helper he signed up to be a provider and got denied for no reason. I have reached to support and they just send you a policy to read saying basically "they can do what they want for no reason". I wouldnt waste my time trying this app for work or looking for a mover shop locally. This company stinks!
They keep kicking us off for no reason and have no customers support

It won't let you sign up . Says "Failed to sign up provider: unable to communicate with server . Please try again." This needs to be fixed so new movers can join the platform.

not as user friendly as the website. have to enter login credentials each time. takes longer than using website

I signed up can't connect to server then two weeks tell me I'm not accepted after I invested money it these but I'm still going to make it happen thank alot guys.

I can't sign up. It keeps telling me it's having trouble communicating with the server.
They hire convicts and worst movers and they just removed there best movers. All the other movers bribe or say they will charge account up the butt if they don't leave a good reviews
I'll re-review when they fix stuff but for now this is. 2-3 star app..

The app just shows the web pages that you can see in your browser...In fact, MovingHelper is more useful in the browser because you cannot make edits to zones in app at all...I immediately uninstalled it...I was very disappointed...The whole purpose of the mobile app should make the experience easier for a mobile device... Actually, I've been waiting for a way to edit zones on a mobile device...It looks like they made the app just to have something on Google Play...
