I had to pay more because I lost service and the app has no way to do anything via Bluetooth. It would be nice if the scooters had a touch screen. The whole idea is cool but it was inconvenient and very stressful for me when I couldn't end the trip.
Great service but unfortunately lately the app has been sending a lot of push notifications that are very annoying and also, the notification icon is absolutely horrible (is it even possible to make it bigger?). I am not even logged in, still I receive these spam offers at least twice per day.
The application is getting worst and worst, takes hell of time for closing the session, don't know what they have changed, but it is pretty clear it wasn't for good. Hopefully they get improve our at least they don't screw what is good. Cheers
These scooters feel unsafe, the brakes feel unreliable they don't really respond like they feel they should, the body and handles of the scooters themselves shake and rattle which feels like it could come apart at anytime while your riding. I've ridden lots of these and I wouldn't recommend other brands are much better and feel safer.
Nearly every scooter is broken. I rent 1 for ten feet, stop rent another, stop try a third hoping one will work. Brakes often do not work or a slight type of brake and you have to come to a complete stop before acceleration works again. Tried to inform move but no way to tell them.
Amqzing service! So easy to navigate around the app and way better than Grin- would love to be able to book a ride longer as a paid festure. We literally planned our date around riding these scooters around town! Thank you Movo 😎
In the last version on android it gives me an error every time i try to scan a scooter. It gives me this error: End of input at character 0.
Got blocked while traveling and sent them multiple emails all day. No response. Furious. My card didn't work at first so I called and approved all charges. Still blocked.
Horrid process trying to login. Trying to get acceptance of your T+C was rediculessly hard. I was never able to find the links so could not complete my account
It is the worst app of this type: super high rates, I was charge 15 USD for a ride of 10 minutes. Support never help me. Worst experience.
Best e scooter in madrid. Cheapest price only 1 euro for a long trip. Best speed 25mph . You can find them everywhere!!! I only use movo
Great ride. Wish you could see where other scooters are when you are riding. Also need to be able to see charging stations.
Worked great once I figured out you have to press the accelerator button down usually twice before it starts moving anywhere.
Used to be the best app of its kind in Madrid, now it's very buggy and one journey in three something goes wrong.
They get a lot of sensible information from you including credit card details to later let you know that they are not active and there are not scooters in use. Frustrating and scaring.
too restrictive zone to drop off. had to drive past my house 4 blocks and walk back home. faster and cheaper in a taxi in the end
Scooter wouldn't accelerate at all. Little to no instructions. No way to get a refund for a trip that never took place.
My neighborhood doesn't enter in the area, and I had to install and put payment details before I could see it. I should be able to view the area before that

Uses a LOT of data in the background (250MB in 3 weeks!?!). Everytime you pull up app, it has to render all screens before it shows your active riding session, for example. Sometimes the 'outside of zone' comes up at checkout and there's nothing you can do about it. Finishing the trip takes a looooooooooong time, especially when you're trying to run somewhere and can't babysit a scooter.
