----------------HOW TO PLAY----------------Moxie is all about transforming words into new words. You start with a hand of 52 letters that you go through "Solitaire" style. Place each letter on the board or "Pass". If you "Pass" you can't go back to that letter.
You score points by:
1. Making unique words with the letters
2. Transforming your words into other words by adding and replacing letters. For example: "TIN" becomes "TINE" which becomes "TILE" which becomes "TILED" and so on.
3. Spelling special "Moxie words" for bonus points
Once you spell a word and start transforming it into other words, don't break the word chain! That's a "Twaddle" and you'll lose points.
There's no time limit and while it helps to know a lot of words, Moxie will more greatly reward those who like to think strategically.----------------

Reading back, I see that my problem with Moxie is not a new issue. Just upgraded to Galaxy 10+ and like so many others have written, it is unplayable. Last update was in January 2017. Unless this is already in your personal apps library, if you search for it in apps, you won't find it. It won't come up. search Moxie or search Blue Ox. It just isn't there. So they're not going to fix it. They're not reading these posts. They don't care what we want. Blue Ox, Moxie, is simply gone!
My phone upgraded to Oreo, and now I can't play my favorite game! The screen is all jumbled up. I tried adjusting the game graphics and that didn't fix the problem. Once this is fixed, I'll give Moxie five stars
Drives me round the bend. Absolutely brilliant, different challenge every time. No shooting, killing, just good old fashioned thinking
Used to love this game. On my new galaxy s8 it is unplayable due to incorrect sizing on the screen. What up, blue ox?!?
I LOVE Moxie but Galaxy Note9 will not support it! WHYYYYY? Please fix this so I can have my game back! I'm even willing to pay for the app once upgraded!

I absolutely love this game!
Moxie... It's a good and simple way to kill time while exercising your brain. The only downside is I wasn't able to create longer words when I desire. Maybe, in a future update, you could extend the number of letters for each word up to twelve.
A perfect balance of challenging and casual. I'm sure Moxie will join the ranks of all time classic word games. I'm also sure playing Moxie will join the ranks of things they treat at the Betty Ford Clinic. Extra love for an app that "needs no special permissions".
Did not take too long to get the hang of it and understand the few rules. The tutorial is very helpful.
Gutted that I cant use the game anymore. I used to love it but on my new phone (S9) the text is massive and I cant zoom out or scroll so it is no unplayable. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but sadly i still cannot play it anymore. Hope this gets sorted out as I would love to play again!
Absolutely addictive. I almost uninstalled it, but it's a great short game. Takes a few games to get the hang of it, but loving it now! Shame Moxie 2 isn't available to us lowly Android users though.
Letters should always have values visible. Deleting letters should be possible. More "moxies" for each category would be nice. Longer words, please.
Moxie was great until Android 8.0. After upgrade, all the text is extremely large and you cannot see anything. Using default accessibility settings. I hope they can start supporting it again.

Easy to play. Easy to get on the leader board. Hard to put down! 11 23 I got a galaxy a51 and can no longer play. I will try again later.
What a shame! I LOVED (past tense) this game.... then I got a new Galaxy S10+ and, like many others, I can't play it, because the graphics/fonts are WAAAY TOO BIG & it's illegible; not playable AT ALL. Disappointed & uninstalling. ðŸ˜

I like this game but it needs more catagories, otherwise it becomes redundant
Love playing this on my Galaxy S5 active, but it isn't working on my S8 active. If I can make it work, I'll load it again! Fun, addictive, easy to play!
Devs have 86'ed support for Android 8.0, rendering the game absolutely useless.
Well, it used to be good. On my S6 it looked and worked well, on my S9...not so much. The sizing is all wrong. Such a bummer.

Used to be great, but I upgraded to a new phone and went from Nougat to Pie and now it is unplayable as the fonts and graphics are not scaled properly. Judging from the reviews this seems to have been an issue since Oreo. No updates in over a year, my guess is the program has been abandoned by the creators. Such a shame. If you have an older phone then play this, but anything with updated versions of the OS it's a no-go...
