Unable to install the app . All other apps are installing. It gets installed on my honor phone with an older Android version. But does not connect to a one plus phone with latest Android why ??? Its now connecting with OnePlus Nord 2 but not with IQOO Z3. App crashes everytime I try to connect. Tried restarting and reinstalling too didn't work. Phone is also uptodate in terms of software. Bluetooth and God is also on.
It's unfortunate that the app for Android is just awful. After a week of their support not being very helpful they finally put out an update that allows Android users to install the app...yaaay.....but now.....when you search for your gimbal the app crashes...every...single...time. I get that this isn't a professional level gimbal but for the price I would expect the app to work since there are features that can only be used with the app. Skip Moza and buy a different gimbal.
Just received aircross 2. Installed app and it crashes on opening screen. Wish I had seen all these reviews first. Using Galaxy s20 and android 12. After hours and hours of watching videos about the gimbal I will be returning it without ever even using it and avoiding moza completely.
This app only works on iPhone. My LG V30+ refuses to connect to the gimbal no matter what. Really hoping this gets patched soon as it would open up a whole world of possibilites. Granted, when the app works, it works great! UI is good, controls are simple, connects easily (just not with my phone).
Please fix this app for Android software. App closes every single time you click on a product. Hasn't worked in months. I liked it a lot initially.
Unable to install on Android 12. More than a month later and it still won't install on Android 12. If you have the new Aircross 3, it will be a useless device since the app won't install. Shame on you, Moza.
good app, I would say some changes that would be great would be in remote mode to be able to reset a single axis by double clicking the name, tilt or pan without having to reset the whole gimbal to center, and the motion lapse should not require a shutter for just video, and instead of hitting preview, maybe a video or motion or run, that runs it with a countdown, instead it just requires you to hit preview and watch it say preview, when that is the action and most important add a loop function!
It connects to the gimbal fine from my Huawei Nova 2 Lite and the UI is quite user friendly however it is not accurate for Motion timelapse. Programmed to the desired position, works perfect on preview but once it has started the gimbal moves the desired motion in half the time then continues panning/tilting until end of sequence. This issue seems to be is elemenated when using Variable Speed timelapse, however I have only tried this on short tests apposed to 30min+ I usually shoot for.
This app worked great...until the latest Android update as of Dec. 1, 2021. Now it won't install, and the other Moza apps don't recognize the Aircross 2...so until Moza makes their app Android compliant on the current OS then every Android Moza user is hosed. Maybe time to buy a competitor's gimbal instead. I have tried to install multiple times unsuccessfully.
For Nikon Z6 or Z7 useres, be aware that there are issues there in motion timelapse feature. After having all parameters set, pressing Preview or Start results in this message: Parameter error, please reset the data. UPDATE: Timelapse works fine for now. Moza master app feels like beta to me, can be unstable at times. Sometimes the camera won't trigger in motion timelapse mode, but after gimbal and camera off and on, autotune of Air 2 and Timelapse mode on in settings, then all works again.
App keeps crashing on trying to connect... no fix ?? Android 12 doesn't help i guess.

Just got the Moza Aircross2. Installed the Moza Master App on the Samsung Galaxy S10+. First was not connecting then I turned the GPS and the Bluetooth (as I read on the reviews here) and it works. But my problem is with the caméra. I am using a Canon 7D Mark 2 and I cannot start the video from the Moza Air... neither with the application. I connected the camera with the mcsc multi cable... Nothing. Any idea??? I then saw the list of compatible cameras on the box... and the canon 7D is not listed. The seller (a pro shop) told me that the camera should be working with the stabilizer.... Waht's your advice?
Updated review. I really like the idea of what moza is trying to accomplish. I have the moza air 2 with follow focus and the Slypod E. I wish they would hurry up and support linkage between all products not just two. But my biggest complaint is i cannot update firmware properly from my galaxy s10+. Everything else works except the updates that keep timing out.
The app looks nice visually and loads fast and even connects to my gimbal no problem. But I can't reverse the direction of the red virtual remote control buttons so 'left' makes the gimbal turn Left. It will make it reverse on the physical button, but not the remote control. Please fix.
out of the box the gimbal is easy to use. However connection via the app is hard, I got it to connect one time and after 4 uninstals and two different phones later I still cannot connect. I'm using a Samsung s8 plus and Samsung s5 ( get the desktop application until future firmwares)
This app does not work on my LG v30. The issue has not been fixed and I was told by the manufacturer that it is probably a compatibility issue. If they knew their gimbals would only work with certain phones, they should list the compatibility.
Just got the Moza Aircross 2 and it's a great gimbal however, the app doesn't allow me to connect to the Aircross 2 via Bluetooth. The phone I'm using is the LG V30. It seems allot of people are having a problem with connecting the gimbal on this particular device. I might have to return the gimbal if the app isn't working for the V30 and get the DJI Ronin SC which would be a shame.
Latest update making app unusable - crashes everytime you try to open it - reinstall etc doesnt solve it
Before I updated the gimbal I could connect to the phone. But now it doesn't work anymore. Doesn't even find it in app. Does show up as a Bluetooth device though in my Samsung S10 + settings.
Not sure what folks are talking about and if this is an issue of the past but I just installed on Galaxy S10 with no issues at all. App works great, including remote control, which is awesome!
Not able to download with Android 12 or contact developer. App works on my tablet, but need it on my phone.
The focus and record button for sony a7s3 doesn't work anymore.... Not asking much no complain as lots of functions doesn't work with sony a7s3 was happy with the shutter button and focus ...but now they removed that too with new update.... So thats how you trick people to buy your product..... Not falling for it anymore....
