It's an excellent app till the police stops you to verify the documents. The app does all sorts of crazy things in the middle of the road with spotty internet connection. It will force you to download the latest app, it will auto expire the driving licence etc are few things that I know off. Again, it's a great app, if you keep the physical copy of the documents handy or be ready to pay the fine.

The app has gotten worse after the update as it doesnt remain logged in all the time like before. I am absolutely fine if that has been added as a part of the security measure to protect the sensitive data from leaking out. But this feature has now made me download my documents every time when I log in and only one of my two RCs remains saved in the dashboard while the other has to be downloaded which is always unsuccesful.

This used to be an excellent and quite useful app. But ,as everything with Govt., they messed it up with latest versions. Now everytime you have to login with OTP, which may or may not come depending on signal and then you have to download your RC which again will take its own time after several attempts . Whats the point of keeping virtual documents if you cant produce them on the spot during a checking? I think they did it intentionally so that RTO can harass the public.

After the latest update the app shows lot of problems. I'm not explain it again as everyone experiencing those. I think the best way to overcome this is 1. Uninstall the app, so you will get some space in the phone memory. 2. Carry the original or copy of the documents with you as earlier, so you can save some money and will get a tension free drive.

RECURRENT LOG OUT EACH TIME Beginning from the last update app has become unstable. I have to login each time with OTP. Once login done, then it works for the session. Once I close and opens next time, the app reopens with our profile, but logs out in 5 secs of searching something. The features of the app is appreciated, but it's useless with troubling bugs.

mParivahan was an excellent app with all the vehicle & license details at ur finger tips. But unfortunately after the updation, all the downloaded data (DL & RC) is gone and DL cannot be accessed also. When checking for a RC, it will say timeout. I really wish if the developers could look into this matter and fix the issues immediately and make it as useful as before.

Now facing bad experience. In the beginning, it works smoothly and after version update it becomes worse. 1st of all, i have to login with OTP everytime, it's ok it may be a security reason but it should keep logged us in atleast a month. Secondly, after successful login I come to know that my saved RC's are not there anyone except one RC others are gone. I have to download them again, which is not the point when you are standing in front of traffic police.

BAD to WORSE. An excellent application gone waste. It was very easy and convenient to get your vehicle info by just entering your reg. Number. Compaired to now. It's USELESS. And they say if you have concerns with respect to app please write to xyz.... Will it really help? I am sure some people would have written their concern and required changes but I am also sure there won't be anyone addressing these issues. Most wasted app ever i seen in my life. Sessions expires every time and it asks for login with OTP ( is it a ticket booking app or what ?) It's good to carry physical documents or get ready to give huge fine because you will unable to show documents through this app. It is impossible to get network and internet connectivity everywhere. Developer please look into this bug.

Excellent app and it is quite useful and time saving when verification done by traffic authorities. Some issues needs to be corrected 1. My DL number unable to search. Thus unable to add driving licence. 2. There should be way to add insurance and pollution too just like RC and DL.. Hope all of the concerns mentioned in the comments will be addressed and it really helpful to all with all the functions without technical glitches. Thanks

The app doesn't work. Not able to search my RC nor my DL. The RC and DL added are now shown with a faded background, clicking on which throws an error asking to try after sometime. The app used to work and after the update it basically became useless. Trie re-installing the app, clearing cache and app data and giving all the pernissions as well. No use.

The last March update spoilt the complete app. It was really handy earlier. The app is getting logged out evertime we close it. The RC and DL needed to be downloaded everytime we sign in again. It gives an error all time "unable to download. Please try after sometime". I had to pay fine because of this issue the other day. Reverse it back to earlier version immediately.

So many fundamental issues with the app. Session expires and have to login each time while using the app. Can only search very few vehicles in day making it completely useless app. Name of vehicle owner not visible while there are so many other apps which can do this. Overall very bad experience.

The license is not saving in the phone after tapping on the save (⬇️) option provided there. Every time I will have to open the app to show the license. It's very problematic. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

All of a sudden unknowingly, All my stored Data was erased. This app need more changes in terms usage. 1. Menu link says search DL with DOB - But after entering DOB it asks for DL Number :( 2. On RC,DL Dashboard click on any tabs app crashes itself 3. Where ever we click on side menu links we land on dashboard

The app closes automatically, while trying to open the same. Facing the issue from long time. This is a major issue with the app. Have to do "Clear Data" or reinstall, to use the app, every time.

This app just logs out every two to three days after login ! It could be a safety feature but dosen't suits well when it logouts within few days ! At least make it one or two months to log out, if no activity is done with app ! And rest things are all good and helpful !

This app automatically logs out frequently. Every time I log in, I need to add my RC & DL. However, earlier version had all data in backup, so, we never needed to add RC & DL. But, new version is not worth rating. So, team, please improve it like old version.

I feel this app is a scam and totally useless as of now because I have downloaded RCS already but now when I open app and tap on the download icon the app crashes everytime and closes. This is very frustrating as it's happening again and again. So it would be much better if we keep the documents hardcopies instead of trusting this app. I would like to ask developers if I shoud delete the app or you are going to sort these issues soon.

Very bad... it is an incomplete application... we cannot trust this application... we have to check regularly, otherwise we cannot understand whether the app keeping our virtual RC and DL or not. Yesterday I opened the app for a reason but my detailes was missing. I have tried a lot to update it. But the app is misbehaving. The goverment application is just like the goverment, useful for nothing. We should carry our hard copies even we are using this. Then what makes the difference.

The last update has made this app completely useless.. every time as i open the app.. i have to choose language..!! WHY.!!!... and after choosing language it takes forever for the dashboard to load .. i have a really high speed wifi.. can't imagine how this would work in a low network area..after a day, i have to login again.. which again takes forever.. complete messed up update you ppl released..

session timeout every time I open the app. RC & DL can't be downloaded. very problematic. After company reply, I tried reinstalling, but still it is happening same. always. foolish app. everytime you have to enter chassis number and engine number. I update this app regularly.

Useless, frustrating, irritating to use. I have been receiving SMS from the traffic police for non-payment of fines etc.. which I can't recall what for. Now trying to find the challan after inputting the engine & chassis numbers - more than hundred times...only gives the messge "Please try after some time"!

Each and every time asking for login. For login security purpose atleaselt enable the finger print option. The NIC must be aware that no one is using Android 3 or 4. Whenever the document needed and there is signal problem so what can be done. For Digital India more updations and upgradations ll be needed

It was working perfectly before the recent update. Unable to fetch the saved data and asking to log in each time. Why the hell you need to set a limit for search? You guys have to improve a lot!!
