It seems good to be able to submit claims on the mobile app but I'm not sure it is. Mobile app claims cannot be viewed on the website and website claims, mail/email claims cannot be viewed here either. They should find a way to have it all more integrated.
Mobile app is junk. Doesn't work unless you use a computer.
This app coukd be useful, but it is unusable as it freezes on my Sony Xperia Z2 very time I try to go back a page.
Very good and handy app
When i take photos for documentation it shuts down the app. Very frustrating.
