Stopped working since Android Update, no support. Samsung updated S9+ to Android 10. Since then app cannot use RabbitPay / RabbitSIM. NFC is working correctly but app says device is not compatible with mPay. Support stonewalled any inquiries.
Terrible. Force the user to register with long form filling and it just failed and restarted. No way I'm going to refill that anytime soon.
Rabbit menu failed. On my Samsung Note FE, after update to Android P. I couldn't use Rabbit NFC anymore. There's still some amount of my deposited money in the wallet. And neither AIS or Rabbit could explained me when and how this will be recovered.
Used this app before. Now they ask to register Thai ID. Foreigner can't register or use it anymore. Now AIS follow other companies who not like foreigner. I use AIS for almost 20 years.
Please QA your app on Android. It's as if you did minimal or no testing for your identification feature. I sat in my office taking my selfie like a lunatic for an hour. Horrible onboarding process. Will NOT use again!!
Downloafed & keyed in OTOP, guided into choosing ur language out of 4-5 picks, only 2 find that it's exclusively 4 Thai ID holders. Total waste of time
everything was working fine but please update android 9 NFC support. i love using rabbit sim but then it stopped with android 9.

I am not Thai and I had an account but now cannot log in any more as it requires I enter a Thai ID. What happens with the remaining credit???

Pretty much the definition of inconvenience. It's not designed for phones with less RAM or camera resolution. The verification process is also TIME-CONSUMING, and does not participate the fact that people get old.
