It requires me, by default, to log in with my fingerprint. My finger is sweaty because it's summer here and it locked me out. Also, for some reason it will not let me add time and gives me no indication as to why. It seems to be the same problem as before I entered a credit card, but when I checked the card info my information was saved. Terrible usability.
I paid for park and ride parking this morning. I saw payment was authorized message. When I came back tonight and I found a ticket.. I went back to the app and found no record of payment process. Very deceiving!!!
Force you to pay extra $0.30 on a $1.25 parking because machine doesn't take credit cards. Not all local stations are available for selection unless you turn on GPS. Most frustrating is the app doesn't take my employer issued transit Mastercard for payment because it doesn't categorize the charge as transportation related category.
Easier to carry change. Attempted to use the app in Stone Harbor NJ and it repeatedly informed me that the spot # was incorrect and wouldn't even work with the QR code on the meter. I walked away without paying, didn't get a ticket and will be uninstalling this worthless app.
Buggy. Scanner doesn't work. Tapping meter number app doesn't always respond. When entering meter zone, hours and vehicle can reset. But, you have no other app choice in this city.
This app takes a while to set up if you're caught unaware that you'll need it to pay for parking. It will save time of you get the profile info (vehicle (s), plate number(s), funding source, etc.) established before you need it.
Garbage, does not work at all. I scan the QR code and it pulls up the lot im in and then says the parking spot number im in does not exist. Tried a bunch of different spot numbers and it kept saying the same thing. Do not waste your time. Just wait patiently in line to pay at the meter.
This app will rip you off!when the app offered me the option to park all day I accepted because I knew was going to be there for the day. I was charged for 24 hours, not a problem until I found out the town does not charge to park from 7pm until 8am. Thives!
Garbage. Paid for parking and then the app would no longer open. Can't even log in to confirm payment was processed. Seems criminal.
Doesn't work, allows you to go through all the steps then unable to "validate credit card" tried multiple. Don't waste your time in the parking lot by the ferries or you'll miss your ferry
Paid using this and still got a ticket because it didn't process the transaction correctly even though it showed me a receipt. What a scam.
Doesn't load, immediately crashes when you log in. Useless app and the desktop version isn't any better
This app shouod notify users by email or push when the balance becomes short. I think this is a real basic of basic function of this type of app.
this app is a rip-off transaction fee + there is a termination fee of $2.50 if you want to close your account, this is a total garbage.
Meh. It's convenient but the UI looks like it was written by developers for developers instead of end users.
Literally Useless. Bad user interface, buttons don't work. Pay with quarters.
I put in the parking space number to park and it says it doesnt exist....So this app is pretty useless
Needed app for a 1-time use, only to find the app was continuing to take money from my account, a penny at a time
Horrible user experience ... Didn't matter what space I used in the lot, said space did not exist. There is no way to delete your CC or your profile. It is not worth the hassle.
Works fine for me. Using over 2 years now.

Needs to have a one-off option for people who live out of the area. And it should support Android Pay or PayPal
Being able to pay for parking without digging for change is great! You can feed the meter without going back to your vehicle and save vehicles and payment methods for future use. The only downfall is the payment doesn't seem to sync with saved google methods. Being able to add a vehicle by taking a photo of the plate would also be great
