Date problem seems to be fixed. After reading all of the reviews I wasn't sure I was interested in installing this app. I thought I would give it a try. As I went through the process of getting the info in, the date part just showed up and was like any other apps date function. The set up didn't take a minute except for taking a picture. That part didn't work. Tried 4 times to get a picture and then gave up. I figure I will take one later and add it.
MPG needs to invest in a real application and put this one in the waste bin. This is the poorest excuse for a video connection I've encountered. I had to use the back arrow 396 times to get to my birth date for sign in purposes because you can't enter simple numerical values and must use their calendar which defaults to 1979. No volume control for speaker phone and the app defaults the phone to the earpiece. Kind of defeats the purpose when the physician is looking in your ear unless that's where the problem is. An actual telephone conversation would have been just or more productive.
This app doesn't work. The date calendar only goes back to 1979 so if you were born before that you are out of luck. Also of you have a prior account with MGM Physicians Group it won't let you login.
This could of been great app! If it only sent reset password emails like it supposed to do. Why the reset? Because, it forgot me completely?
Aps great which is a God send because you'll die before talking to anyone on the phone. Which, is sad because my aged family don't do well with technology.
It would not allow me to use both my portal email and password. This app told me that I dont have an account which i already have one by using the patient portal
Won't even download. Spend the money and get a reliable, secure app!
Very difficult to find what I needed. What's with the change with no notice.
Does not send message, took 15 minutes to Set up, but does not do anything
This app, as well as, Millennial Physicians other app, couldn't come at a better time
I liked the app the way it was before the March 22nd update.

Seriously, I have to scroll through 30 years on a calendar one month at a time to put in my birthday? Takes over 5 minutes. Why not a direct entry of my birth date?
MPG Connect is a pluperfect pain in the ass. I guess I should say MPG is a pain. I am already connected to the Patient Portal. Should I adopt you???

When you enter your birthday touch the year in the top left. This opens a box with a scrolling list of years. Terrible desugn but thats how you avoid all of the other complaints I've read about in the reviews. I spent 20 minutes trying to my headshot picture to display properly. The app continually rotates the picture 90 degrees counterclockwise. I haven't even used the app for my appointment yet and I'm already underwhelmed.
