Authentication does not work - just endlessly loops between a login button in the app and a login webpage. Then the app crashes. Sent a crash report weeks ago, got no response.
Doesn't work, just endlessly loops between a login screen in the browser and back to the app which never logs in.
The app has everything I've ever needed to date and I am sure if there are any plan changes the app will reflect them.
App update fixed all issues and is now working perfectly. thank you for the quick update!
Tried twice to reset my password. Said it sent a link to my email. It has not.
Can't login with the app. It just loops between login and crashes

Won't navigate past the login screen
It's been at least six months since it let me get past the login screen
Can't ever sign in. Always an issue
Website is easy to maneuver
Will not get past step one of register. Just keeps telling me user exists.
No longer lets me sign in. Says update the app but then won't let the app update. Tech said delete and reinstall. That doesn't work. So now there's no access to the app at all. Additionally there's issues with the accuracy of information and how far behind records were (at LEAST 8 weeks).
