black screen when playing videos. spoke with the development team and they said they are aware of the issue and will release a new update tomorrow. So far they have been very responsive! I do wish they had more options for cases. I'm squeezing my note 8 cover to my note 9 so the screens dont exactly align that I dont get a good 3D image. but I tested the iPhone case with the correct phone and the 3d effect was stunning. I heard with there wont be a case for the note 9 since the galaxy s10 is out

Black screen whenever I try to play a video. The only 3D I have been able to see is when you set up mopic, but after that, nothing shows, all I get is black. Update: MOPIC fixed this issue, thank you for responding so quickly. Videos play now and the quality is better than the LG Thrill (my last glasses free 3d phone).

Hi, i brought from you for note 8, it was working fine but these days its stop working. When I click on 3d icon button to change it into 3d its not triggering to 3d nothing happens. I did restart my phone several times and deleted it and reinstalled few times but still not working. Is their any fix. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards

Nice Update for the UI. But I feel like we've taken a backwards step in functionality - alignment setup was a problem because the 3D lines just didn't show up in those 3 bars, even on the next page... Just saw 3 Blank bars... I had to access settings from the UI when already watching a video - from there I could see the 3D bars and could align them accordingly. Also I have some content in MKV format. Previous versions of this app would play these files smoothly. But since the recent update(s) I now get judder and a poor fps rate. Any reason why?
