Love being able to pay for, view and extend my parking sessions. The only reason I can't rate this 5 stars, and it's significant, is the notification system doesn't work. I have it configured to notify me, and send me a text message when parking is about to end. Notifications don't work at all (Android). And text messages arrive 5 to 10 minutes after parking has expired. No bueno.

Installed it thinking I could use it to pay for parking today....boy was I wrong! Took forever to respond to any tap, and when it finally made it to the point where I could enter the meter number and duration, it completely stalled......forcing me to dig for change, run across the street to the bank, wait in line for 10 min to request $1 in quarters to then finally be able to pay the meter. Too bad, as the app has a great concept

Can you guys update this app so I can easily pick the amount of time. The app forces you to do the max time when the scroll wheel for the numbers doesn't work. You can highlight the wheel and manually put them in, but then you are waiting after that for an infinite amount of time for it to register and give you the ability to hit the submit button. This is poor UI for 2020. Unless it's on purpose to get people to hit the max time button cause it's sooooo much easier.

I've been using this app for 3 or 4 years. A few versions ago this app looked and performed better. Yet another update and now I can't select the 30 minute option. I tried uninstalling and restarting the phone, then reinstalling the app. No improvement. I also got a ticket while the app took 4 minutes to finalize my meter time purchase. Now I have to go down and fight it. Increasingly disappointing over time.

The new, improved version of this app is completely redesigned, easy to navigate and use, and reliable. Once you set up your cars and payment methods, it becomes easy as pie to park. The interface is easy on the eyes and easy to understand. It really saves time, as you don't have to fuss with the pay boxes anymore. Being able to extend your parking time remotely also saves time and reduces stress. Highly recommended.

Works most of the time.. there is a weird lag between the actual deactivation time and text/email notifications. Otherwise.. super convienient and works most of the time. It would be great if it let you know that there was time left on a meter.. but that seems unlikely to change.

When trying to set duration, it gets stuck loading and loading. Will not update cost when you change the duration from 15min to 30 min or to whatever time you need. It just keeps trying to update the cost but cannot and will not let you proceed to the final confirmation step. Using on a Pixel XL with a strong LTE signal on T-Mobile. Im surprised it has so many positive reviews.

Flaws in the MPLS Parking app [7.5.1]. You CAN NOT set your parking time easily. If you try to increment by hours you will lock up! YOU MUST FIRST infringement by minutes, even if you want 2 hours... or a better option is to switch as another user suggested to the ParkMobile app [9.6.0.3857] IT DOES NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM. Before switching apps, I tried re-installing MPLS parking spp from the play store... that had no effect.

ParkMobile has been hacked and credit card numbers have been stolen from their database. I've had to cancel several cards that kept having fraudulent charges, I couldn't figure out where the leak was happening until I came across info about ParkMobile's data breaches. Do not use this app, money will be stolen from whatever card you use with them.

No way to cancel reservations. It doesn't inform you if you need to print a ticket until after reservation is placed. And today the barcode wouldn't even scan at my reservation time. That's multiple times now where I'm double paying for parking because of the inability to cancel. Customer service response through the app took almost 10 days. I've gotten a response to 1 of my multiple emails. Hopefully I'll get my refunds and find a better parking app.

I am updating my review after several years, I used to love this app! Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to use it anymore. When I type in the parking space number it is unable to find me, it seems to be looking for the zone number which isn't posted anymore on the sign by the parking spot so I end up having to pay at the pay station every time.

I love this app! It makes parking all around the Twin Cities super quick, easy, and coin-free. Even better, you can extend your parking remotely which is extra convenient. No issues with bugs, glitches, or the app not working.

I tried to get signed up to the app today. After 15 minutes I gave up. I hope I didn't get a ticket! I tried 2 different emails. No go!!! The program said my emails were invalid. The kiosk didn't work for manual use either. Disappointing.

Excellent - easy to use - super helpful!! Sends a message when parking time is approaching its limit so you can add time. You can pay for your parking spot from your vehicle instead of standing at the sidewalk kioskin the rain or freezing temperatures! I love this!

Prior to this version of the Minneapolis parking app it was amazing... this version never works for me I have gotten tickets because of the timeouts and doesn't process I can barely login and it's not setup well at all. This is the worst updated version of a nap I've ever seen.

great app! so handy for parking! the only thing that could make it better is if it gave u a list of all the nearest parking spots ranked by distance and price within a certain range of where u are. unless thats a feature already and i havent quite figured it out. thanks for the work!

This is basically robbery, with the pandemic forcing people who live in cities to stay home. Especially with ParkMobile's extra "convenience fee" to park by my own damn home. Not to mention being limited to two hours and unable to add more time beyond that, until two hours later. Quarantining has been so much more difficult and expensive thanks to this stupid system. Ask me how my app experience is? It's awful, thanks!

The app does not allow me to customize my time. It freezes and the app shuts down and turns to a black screen. Ive tried to update the app but to no avail. I have to restart my phone for the app to work again still being unable to customize my time.

It works fine on regular meters, but not in ramps. When trying a ramp, I have a default payment method and it says i don't. I try to enter a zone manually and it won't let me. I scan the code and it tells me it doesn't look like a valid code. Kinda hard to use out of I can't enter anything!

They finally fixed it after 1 year. Old review: Similar to what others have mentioned, the most recent update from over 6 months ago has a UI problem which prevents adjusting the parking time. I emailed the developer and got no response.

I turn notifications on to get alerted when my parking is going to expire in 15 minutes. But I never get the alert. One time I got a ticket because I didn't remember to extend my parking time. Besides that it is a good app. Now I use my phone's alert. It'd be nicer if I received a notification from your app

Cad. H. Dec 22, 2019

Used to work. Kind of expensive. Now freezes every time i try to use it. Same story on my gf's phone. Also talked to another person who has been having issues with it crashing. For the cost of using it, you'd think they'd fix the bugs. :-(

I wish this worked. Several steps just to get the time put in, which makes no sense... this app handles TWO numbers in every day use case: just put two number fields on the screen! As it is, after saying I want to enter time, and after saying I want hours and minutes (versus milliseconds? leptons? thanks for asking), it's tough to actually put time in. The hours and minutes only scroll to the first or last values, so i can't put in 1 hour, for example, only 0 or max. Also, it freezes up.

Works great for me. Don't have to worry about carrying cash for parking. Plus have record of payment. Love that it alerts you when time is running out and able to add time without having to go back out to meter.
