Was fun but I was saving points for the big prize then they shut the program off. Lost all my points and couldn't even get gift cards. I could have gotten over $300 worth of gift cards. No advance notice, just turn the program off. I'm going to research parent company and give bad reviews to all their accounts and boycott the accounts if they continue to do business with them.

Used to be a fun, easy app. I'd earn points quickly to redeem. Did an update and now when I try to log in, it just keeps saying system error or login error. Was fun while it lasted.

This should be taken off the app store. It's no longer active. Don't download you'll only get error messages. Unfortunately the company went under but it was fun while it lasted.

Do not install, no longer supported. I keep getting error at login and won't open. Should be taken down from the play store!!!

Used it all the time. Than it just stopped working. Didnt give me points for checking in iow I cant even open app. Was fun while it lasted. Goodbye

If your company is going under, then you should have let us know so we would quit wasting our time on this app. I have put hours into saving many points and now they are worthless. Worst thing a company can do is to ignore their customers. We would have understood. You still have time to say your sorry and just shut down your app. We all know nobody ever wins your sweepstakes.

so you remove all the gift card/and charity options. no notice so we can have the opportunity to redeem our points but when you click on the app it tells you that you can collect points to earn gift cards , merchandise, redeem to charity. and give no notice that you are not offering them any longer only to take a chance in winning gift cards. we all know that is not happening. are you going to bring back the gift card option or not. because that determines if i continue with this app

This app no longer does what it is supposed to do. The company, I think, has gone out of business so you can't redeem points for gift cards. They didn't even bother to let their users know. I'm deleting this app and I hope nobody bothers to download this useless app.

This app used to pay out but on March 30th I redeemed 25,000 points for an Amazon gift card and still have not received it. I have contacted support several times and all they keep saying is that I'll have my 10.00 Amazon gift card within 2-3 days. Well now it's April 17th and I still haven't received it. I have updated my email quite a long time ago and that's the only way I can receive it.

Update: I dropped the rating from 5 star to 1 star. In the last two months, they have stopped redeeming gift cards . It use to take 3 days and now it has been almost three weeks. No customer service and no replies to emails giving me the feeling that there may be financial problems with this company.

Decent app. But they got mad that people were earning a gift card every 1-2 months, so they ended their contracts with every external developer and lowered their point values. Now this is the only app you can earn in, and you only get 1-3 points per award. It's not worth the time to earn gift cards anymore. Absolutely ridiculous.

This app has been beyond frustrating. I used to like it, but my account was hacked and all my points disappeared. Their customer support confirmed that and said they were working on a solution. 3 weeks later, no points and they are no longer responding to my support requests. Clearly they do not care I have lost so many points.

This was a good thing . At first you got 10 points per check in plus up to 1000 points per bonus box. Points were good for prizes and gift cards. Points were then reduced to 5 per check in. Bonus boxes became mostly raffle entries. Achivement points went to 2 or 3 points. Points are now only for gift cards and can only redeem once a month per card. You open boxes and recieve nothing. No longer worth the time.

Use to be a great app to earn gift cards now they have dropped the point values once again for the achievements to anywhere from 1 to 7 points. What a waste. Sending a message to support is also a waste of time because they don't bother to answer. Can't earn any gift cards anymore because that part of the app has disappeared. Goodbye mplaces.

Used to be awesome, but since they've lowered practically everything it takes far too long to get anything. All of those sweepstakes entries seem nice, but I doubt anyone wins them. I've had well over a tbousand and have never won, which is ok, just sayin. I wish they would have left it alone, but alas here we are. Guess it's time to find another similar program.

Sadly, I am also adding a less than stellar review for mPlus Places because the gift cards and products are no longer available. I have contacted the help desk with no response. Even the sweeps shows only one item and since it isn't something I want I will not spend points for it. It would be kind of the developers to send out an update or let users know where points can be redeemed of the app and points will be discontinued.

This app is practically useless now. Updating to say that i redeemed points for 2 gift cards in MAY and have not received them. Have opened help desk tickets, the first of which they closed with no action, the second one which is over a month old is still open with no action. Their facebook page is down too. Total scam artists.

Have been using for a good few years now and had really liked it despite the limited check ins. Like many others I noticed the points had drastically decreased to the point it's not even worth the time or space to continue using this app as it already took a while to earn rewards prior to the.most recent changes. Once I cash out I will be uninstalling.

This app went from being a favorite of mine to just aweful. The points went down to 1 to 5. It took long enough when places were 10 to 30 or more. Add the fact I went to cash in my points qhich would have been 70 bucks on amazon and all I can get is a keychain. Dont install just worthless.

This use to be a super app. It was easy to accumulate points for gift cards. Originally it was 10 points for checking in, with bonus points tossed in, then you got a decent amount of achievement points. Then it went to 5 bonus points and the occasional bonus points. Most of the prize boxes are now entries that nobody ever wins. Now I noticed that the achievement points have dropped to almost non existent. They did the same thing with the weather channel app before stopping m points all together with them. Find some other points program if you can. I don't think this will be around for much longer.

Good concept but the delivery has been poor lately. Don't know if the company is having problems or what but rewards take longer to receive, customer service response is slow and the game just isn't as fun as it used to be. Out of 57 reward boxes only 7 had points. The others were unwanted entries for their bogus sweepstakes. Get it together Session M...

It use to be easy and fast to collect points. No after few updates they points have gone from 10 to 5 and from 5 to 1. More sweepstakes than point as well, no many videos and the gift card are no longer available. Only a key chain reward is available and the donations. Now is harder to and not good rewards to look forward.

The other complaints and negative reviews sum up my rating as well. I've finally accumulated enough points to cash in under the new tedious requirements and conveniently as soon as I reached 25k points shopping and donating tabs became unresponsive And so is customer service. Don't bother wasting your time with this app. It's a shame I use to like it when it was good
