Worst service. Not able to make use of my points. Tried many times to recharge my numbers but every time its getting failed. Even tried their customer service number and it get disconnected automatically. Also for movies they just have few states mentioned in their app/website. Even it will not allow you to add anything to the cart if you will try to shop and product. Worst app and worst services.
I'm unable to check anything through your App. Once I click on "proceed" button after entering my card number to check reward points, it will take too much time to load...still loading..loading...then always showing "Please wait" Message followed by message like "Something wrong.. Try after some time.". I have checked and confirmed that there is no issue with internet connection and I'm able to access and use all other Apps except your App. Due to this repeated issue and I have uninstalled it
The new update is even worse, they removed several sections like phone recharge dth recharge and all, also I cant see my point balance or even link any card, and how to sign in, They messed it all. The menus in the app and the user experience is just a dummy experience. The app became responsive but functionality wise even worse. To know your balance you need to call the cc executive every time. Wow what a waste.
Complete waste of time. They provided the update for this app after 6 months. Previous udate was on march 2019 and even after the update app doesn't work at all. No proper response from the customer care and the website is saying the same thing for the last 6 months. It says new app and website will be launched soon. What a waste, didn't care for the customer. New update is minor bug. What does this means when the whole app is not working at all. Just using customer for increasing its download.
App needs to be updated. Very Bad processing system. There is no history for failed transactions. Customer support system is even worse. They ask detail about the time and date of failed transation. Date one can remember, But exact time can't be remebered( as there is no history of failed transaction) . I recharged ₹ 395 ,and my rewardz points got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. I contacted the customer service, but they have not refunded my amount/points yet. Worsest app. Pathetic
This is the fraud app, don't use this app. I made a transaction but it got failed and amount got deducted. When I registered a complaint regarding this they asked me some details and I provided it with the transaction id which I got message from my bank, after providing all these details they want my first 6 and last 4 digit of my debit card details to escalate the issue to concerned team when I denied to give details for security, they told can't refund your amount. Simply they play with us.
Worst app. Doesn't work properly. Even after linking debit card to account it shows card not linked. When I enter bank name and debit card number to redeem points it just keeps on loading and after some time the message pops on the screen saying "something is wrong please try again later". Very disappointing..
Worst app on playstore! Please uninstall this and use preferred bank's reward points redemption app coz this is a third party app so if you faced any problem you won't get any help from bank side's officially and this customer service is no 1 vogas. I recharged with ₹ 145 from my points though my points deducted and it shows recharge successful but after 4 days of txn got no benefit. App is toooooooo much slow( sometimes it can't even open homepage properly). So don't waste your time and points
Tried to make some purchase long back. Got some 4K deducted from my account but the payment status showed failed. The amount never came back. wrote some mails but to no avail. It should have been auto reversed but no reimbursement inspire of repeated mails. Have never used it since but have kept it incase I need to get my money back.
The new update removed all the options of redeeming points earned like recharge, DTH, movies, everything is gone. They also removed several Banks like Union Bank of India. Now its just an app showing offers what a waste of time. Please revert back to old version or bring those options of redeeming points and adding multiple bank cards. Also I don't know my points balance anymore. Older version was best when I could Link multiple cards at once.
Very bad experience, doesn't give a way to redeem. No way to recharge, when goes to recharge for a number it says something went wrong when it comes to operator selection!! And i think this app is only for maharashtra!! Very bad app
This seems to be a swindling app. I have been trying to recharge my BSNL mobile from the app as well as from the web browser. Not working at all for the past several months. When reported they gave a vague reply asking to try again later. Absolute waste
Worst app Always unable to login If i get a chance to rate 0 i will Poor developers As well as the upadated version is more worst because all the time whenever i try to recharge it doesn't, always the message '' something went wrong '' reflects. If we won't able to use our rewards the why this app is running, delete this app and close your operations,
Worst app.. Outdated recharge plans.. You can't recharge directly by entering the recharge value.. If u want to enter then recharge fails.. U have forced to choose from the list to recharge the denomination u want.. Else recharge fails.. I have tried 8 to 10 times.. Consecutively fails
App not working just flashes on screen (black & white), then we get exited from the app automatically, it fails to open, what have you guys done, earlier it was a good app for redemption of our points but now it's useless..😒
i write my review aftwr using these app. Danger No 1 when we provide the bank datas, the provider gets all about our bank account details. the provider does not give us any option to delete the details of ours. only option is log out. Issue no 2. I had given my card details but still it is pending. it shows, the developer dosnt hav proper backend service. i dont find that they dont find a adequate customer care which is active. Warning Never provide your card details to 3rd party for rewards
It's really great app made by Max Get more and I appriciate the service which you are providing. Thanks from my Heart but few month ago i was not able to access this app and while i was tried to use this app to redeem my point at that time I was lost 1200 rs and you said it was expire. I was disappointed at that time for my money lost. Please do something if you can get me back.
Very very bad app.My card details has been added a few months back and status is showing as pending. I don't think so it will be active until the end of this millennium. Some frauds are maintaing this app to obtain card details...
Not able to open the app. App shows white and black screen shows alternatively, nothing more. Even no log in option nothing. Only white and black colour switches. I have to press home button to get out.
Ruined the App after the update. Most of the sections have been removed now. Most importantly the mobile recharge option. Now can't even check the point balance or register a new card. Uninstalling the App now.
Had good experience. But after changing phone trying for a fresh login. Even after changing password unable to login message appears 'unable to process try after sometime. All points wasted.
If you try to use the reward you get the app will not allow to do so...you can't recharge, you cant book a movie ticket, you can't book a bus ticket it'll just show to retry only. There was a thime when i loved this app but now it's getting a total waste app.
Most unwanted 3rd class worthless rubbish app. Recharge option, Flight options, Shopping options etc. each and every option not working. Finally there was not any way to redeem any point.
Used to be a great app. But not working anymore from August 2019. Not able to check my points. Linked cards' list is not showing. Really pathetic!! Plz solve the matter so that we can change our ⭐ rating.
Very Bad customer service. Please donot use this. I lost my money by doing a mobile recharge and unfortunately the transaction failed but they are not returning my points. Many mail communication done . There 7days period gone .They take my points. Still I hope they will return my points( money).
Worst experience. Always shows try again later for recharges, movies, shopping or you can say for each and everything it has the same response..
They don't have a good support team. Leave it to the fate whether you get or not, once you purchase anything using the points. They have a very lucrative offer of having all the points being added to a single platform , where people get trapped. The ultimate idea of the developer is to extract small amount of reward points from all account, so ultimately people don't feel cheated or find it futile to keep on enquiring with the back end, when their product is not delivered.
