Exactly what i was looking for, a slim and easy to configure dashboard for switching my sonoffs and shellys! But after some time running as it should, it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to the broker in a loop, so practically unusable on my galaxy s7 edge
Looks promising, but doesn't actually connect with certificates, with no details other than "Failed to connect". Developer has an automated response saying they are out of time for the app due to personal constraints. We really need at least one trustworthy app that works well as an MQTT dashboard.
Great mqtt client app. Easy to set up and use for basic as well as more advanced MQTT messaging. Some change in the certificate implementation caused problems with communication with secure brokers, but that has happened to many MQTT client apps. Based on an email and review here, the developed contacted me, asked about my implementation, and developed steps for me to get my app working.. Well worth the money for pro.
The app is easy to install and configure. But it crashes too often. Every time one edits a tile and change a field (title, token, etc.) the app creates a copy, as s if "duplicate" was clicked. MyMQTT and MQTT CLIENT work much better.
This app was really stable and incredibly useful, but one of the recent updates has completely blown it. 8 times out of 10 it crashes at start up. Seriously thinking of writing my own similar app.
Fantastic app. Just as a suggestion, I think you should add a Decimal Point setting to text card component. For example my Mqtt publisher device just supports integers, so I send temperature value as 257, but it means 25.7°C, if there would be a Decimal Point setting, it will just a dot in specified position to show integer value as float...
I think this is awesome and functional. Even got pro... I used to work with embedded systems and now I work as DevOps engineer, this is such a breeze to integrate with all the nice electronics I have connected. Accepts SSL, QoS 2, and it is highly customizable (it does have dark mode!). Awesome!
App has very nice interfaces. // It also has difficult to understand issues. // Some of the interface suggestions are just not documented // Does not support secure connections on Android 9 due to requiring TLSv1.3.
Now I have a complete way to control my entire tablet through MQTT. This is the only app I have tested that allows for incoming notification based on a specific subscribed topic. I have set the content of these notifications as triggers in tasker/macrodroid to launch apps, dim screen, etc.
Excellent app works fine. I buy it just in hour after I used it. Need alarm or buzzer tool to know the event. And even need both icons like bulb on and Off LAMP on and off etc....
Clean interface, lots of cool icons to choose, works great. Beautiful design. The only missing thing (in my opinion) is import export layout functionality.
The UI is amazing! The only problem i found was the instability of connection to the server. Please look into this! Otherwise amazing app!
Great MQTT client! Had some bugs in last version, but the update seems to have fixed it. Developer appears responsive. Only request is maybe for user added icons.
Multi-select tiles are unusable due to failure to support separate publish and subscribe topics. No easy way to share tile setup between devices. "Shortcuts" feature marginally useful, at best. Ability to create tiles as desktop widgets would be huge improvement over "shortcuts."
It's a very beautiful app and works great. I have a problem when I try to connect to an IPv6 broker over a VPN. I'm hoping the issue can be fixed in a future update.
Testing various mqtt apps capable to display notification. On this one i'm missing option to "auto start" on phone reboot. At least som service receiving notifs should auto start.
Whoa. I'm positively impressed with this app. It's really really polished. It's a shame that getting this to work with all my home assistant devices will take a buttload of setting up but that's not your fault obviously. But damn this is such a pretty app!
Brilliant little app. To the point and does exactly what it says on the tin, without unnecessary bloat (or ads for that matter).
I've just set up several Sonoff devices with Tasmota and Node-Red and this app works perfectly in the system. Yesterday I paid for the Pro version to support the developer but cannot find how to upgrade the app - can you please let me know? Thanks.
the app is really good, if it had the option to add widgets to home screen it'll be perfect
Looks fantastic and allows you to anything you can imagine. I'm really fond of the app already, it's obvious that the people who work on it are doing so passionetly :)
Best App ever I came across for MQTT..!! Love to continue to use and planning to go for pro. Have below questions though, 1. How can I control the font on the tiles? 2. Trust factor, how secure are the mqtt information (useid and password) stored on this application?
Looks good but doesn't stay connected for more than 1 second and repeatedly reconnects and disconnects. Really not usable because of this :(
By far this is the nicest app among android mqtt dashboards. Although not being able to edit dashboard without connection to broker is not a good thing.
Simple but effective. The chart view may be improved but it is the only application where I managed to get such feature working
Limited capabilities and can't send custom messages. Lights only send on/off, can't send 1/0, etc Buttons can only publish/subscribe to the same topic, so you can publish one topic and look for response on a different topic, etc
it needs widgets, the not-5-star rating is because widgets, for me, make it more accessible and usable, the lack of this functionality is why i didn't give it 5 stars. 3 is average and average is what i think
Best mqtt app. Easy to set up and customise. Used it with cloudmqtt to control heating. Just the job.
Thank you very much for this amazing MQTT Dashboard! I have a little feature request. Could you please add an option for the progress widget to send to value immediately and not wait until a finger is removed? This would be convenient for adjustment of the brightness of a lamp. It would be also amazing to have a double wide progress widget which can be used directly from the dashboard without any pop-up window.
