Very easy to use and track your payments and loan balance. It allows for auto payment, but it only allows this for the same day each month. I would much prefer to set this to match my paydays. So, maybe add a weekly/biweekly/ every four week increment? Guess I'll be paying manually for now.
The app worked well for quite a while. Now I am completely locked out of my account in the app due to an inability to login in spite of proper credentials that work correctly on the website. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. A solution to this would be greatly appreciated!
I love the app & it's easy to use. What drives me nuts is every month I make a principal only payment. I change it on the app to additional principal or principal only (can't remember what it says.) Every month I have to spend 15 minutes calling cs to have them fix it because they put it to a payment. My payments are 4 months ahead. Why have that as an option if it doesn't work? It's been this way for years!
If I could give a zero star rating I would. My credentials are no longer being accepted. I deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. This app will not allow me to register my account either. I had to search my emails to find one from Mr. Cooper in order to pay my mortgage. Totally inefficient. Very disappointed.
While the name is a bit silly, I've had nothing but great experiences with Mr Cooper including their app which is very intuitive and easy to use. When I first heard that Golden oak sold our mortgage to Mr Cooper I was a little weary specifically because of the name, but they've been great and their customer service team is really awesome.
The App was ok till it's not and applies a partial payment as a principal payment on it's own. Now my payments are off and it's messing up my already tight budget! Thanks! I still haven't received a write back from customer service. Terrible Company.
Update: Android users should clear play store data after uninstall and before reinstalling. Everything works now. I have been trying to update for several days and all it does is show pending for hours. Because it will not update, I cannot login to my account on the mobile app.
App use to work just fine and could make monthly payments with ease. Now I can't get past the login screen without an error stating to check my connection. Uninstalled and tried again with same issues.
Does what it's supposed to and allows for super quick and easy payment each month! Kind of sad they got rid of the "slide to pay" though. It was kind of fun lol.
The app and the website is horrible. Whenever I tried to login it doesn't work. Telling me wrong username and password. Requested for pass code to reset it but never received. The person incharge of the website is not qualified. Frustrated with it
I had to make a half payment this past month and it kept applying it as a principle only payment and I kept having to call them to move it back as a partial monthly payment, NOT a principle payment. Please, keep my payment as what I request it to be. Other than that, the app is good.
This company will not stop with junk mail. I have asked to be removed from emails multiple times but they simply ignore my requests. I'm not interested in consolidating my debt or want to refinance or buy a new home. You can't setup auto pay, all you can do is to call the 1800# and hope it works.
Great app. Use it all the time.. Won't allow to pay on principal until all lender fees are paid. WTH does that mean!!? Only other option is a partial payment.
Don't be fooled, the quality of the app isn't worth to sleaziness of the company. Three times I've called in to rectify an issue; resulted in two calls dropped as I was patched through to Escalations and a call-back that never came.
Ap woked great for years. Suddenly it won't let me log in using my fingerprint (still works on nother apps) or my password which still works on your website. Tried resetting my password (before I bailed to your website) and the app kept asking me for my fingerprint. Did you get hacked?
I have been using the app from.day 1. No issues making a payment until.now. I tried opening the app for 2 days now to make a payment. It's asking me to update the app. I went to the app store and I hit update and it just says pending. For two days now. Very frustrating.
loved the app in the past. today I tried to log on and it told me my username or password are incorrect. I logged in online and everything seems fine. wish I could log in on the app though.
I don't know what happened over the weekend. (It wouldn't accept my password to log in.) But your App is performing quite well now. Thank you for your immediate response!
I hate this app. I have to call every month to have them reverse my payment because the app doesn't understand what a partial payment is. It is so frustrating I'm so sick of this
Useless app. Does nothing you can't just do on the web page, yet managers to make them slower and more tedious.
****Please fix this app**** I have made additional principle payments. The last 3: the 1st 2 went in as monthly payments - I took screen shots. I had to call both times. The first was corrected, the second he was not able to correct. All 3 had escrow taken out. So a 3rd call will need to be made. If the app worked correctly - 5 stars. This is ridiculous. This is several thousand dollars. Please fix your app.
For what only needs to have very simple features, they add so much more value. It keeps the main things like making a payment straight forward and easy, but also give access to a lot of great info.
This is definitely one of the cleanest, easiest to use apps I've ever come across. It makes making payments, viewing current and previous statements, and even hosting the refinance process super easy. Bravo to the development team!
The app will not update and open. So that I can make my mortgage payments. I have been trying for 2 days. The app needs a major redesign. There too many bugs and glitches with this app as it stands in present condition. 👎👎👎
Best and easiest mortgage app. This company is the best mortgage I ever had, their customer service approach is simple and customer oriented.
Can't log in the app anymore. It keeps saying my info is incorrect but I can log in the website with the same info...
It was very easy to navigate the app to pay my mortgage and do other things.

Have had problems from day 1 with this app. When it works, which is about twice in the last month, it's not bad. Called customer service several times and they had issues as well trying to get it to work. Keeps telling me my username and or password is not correct or registered. From the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one having problems, PLEASE FIX !!! Thank you...
App is really bad. It does snot reflect what is on the website profile. Error messages when I try to do many things in the app. When the app says something goes through (like adjusting autopayment) it actually does not update. Caused me to be billed twice in two days. Absolutely horrible. Will only use the website from now on.
