Constantly not working properly very annoying when you want to check up on things and you can't because it tells you invalid port and then a month later it starts working again. Never again epic fail and annoying. When it does work it's good, why this is a ongoing issue? This should have been fixed with the update on 11/2018.
Used in place of Magic Viewer! Thank you thank you thank you! The magic viewer app is not being maintained and I bought a beautiful new tablet for my security cameras, I was so disappointed when magic viewer did not work with my new tablet! I found Mr patrol and it works with my new tablet! Thank you!
No longer able to access cameras when connected via WiFi. After the Nov. 1 update, we are unable to connect to the DVR when on a WiFi connection. Still works over 4G.
It used to work until the last update. I'm in the business and can't get it to work. I downloaded Magic Viewer and it works perfectly. Made by them also. Hope it doesn't suffer the same fate on its next update. I think I'll turn off auto update too.
The camera system disconnects from the router several times a week. I don't have the convenience of being able to reboot the router several times just to reconnect with this app
This app has been a hassle since the first time I used it. It has not worked more than it has worked. I had a security camera system installed with this app and the system is always down. Looking for a better system because this doesn't work!
Worked for a few months but then quit working. My alarm company won't even talk to me about it. I'm looking for a different viewer app.
To all the people that say it doesn't work, you should hire someone that knows what they're doing. The cameraman setup my system, and my app works most of the time.

Awful wast of time the app doest work half the time so may need a new dvr so i can get remote viewing if your looking at CCTV check the app it works with or shiuld Ii say does notwork

Great app but just missing push notifications which is ideal in security systems.
Works sometimes and sometimes it dont. Keeps saying invalid port. Dont know why

Unreliable, most of the time I am unable to access the live view

Great app that is both reliable and easy to use. I have this setup for our cameras at our office and it makes seeing those remotely if needed simple. Navigating playback to review footage or taking a screenshot of something suspicious is very handy. A lot of reviews seem to not understand some networking issues. Ports can close for a lot of different reasons, it is not the apps fault. As long as the credentials are correct this app works flawlessly.
